This is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. So thank you, Karl August your neighbourhood hotel. 5 stars and beyond. We will be back again for sure!

At this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.

This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

At that time, the front desk enthusiastically gave an accommodation guide. I looked carefully the next day and found out that there were free coffee, tea and flying alcohol. Parking is free. There is also a sauna.

This hotel has a very modern design, which is great. The breakfast selection is quite rich. The surroundings of the hotel are very peaceful and green. There's a metro station and light rail station within 500 meters, making public transport convenient. The front desk staff provided prompt service. We booked a room with an extra bed, but when we checked in and got to our room, we found there was no extra bed. Since it was already midnight, the housekeeping staff had gone off duty. To our surprise, the front desk attendant quickly helped us set up the extra bed. LOL.

My stay at H+ Hotel München was very pleasant. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet, making it perfect for a आरामful stay. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, taking very little time. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for both short and long stays.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the station. Parking is available at the public car park across the street, and the hotel offers a discount on parking fees. The rooms have air conditioning (which isn't always easy to find in Europe), and they were comfortable and clean. As a family on a road trip, a good night's rest is really important. There's also a great Turkish place in the train station opposite, their wraps are delicious – no need to go anywhere else! A meal for four for just over 30 euros is a rare treat in Europe with its skyrocketing prices!

The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.

Although the rooms are small, they are well-equipped and generally sufficient for guests' needs. The lobby offers game facilities for entertainment, and complimentary coffee and other services enhance the user experience. • Service Quality 29: The staff are friendly and helpful, with their service attitude receiving positive reviews from most guests. The check-in process is simple and quick, improving the guest experience. The hotel's complimentary shuttle bus service is a great convenience, with the airport shuttle service being particularly praised.

The hotel boasts a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the bustling riverside area. The rooms are also spacious, equipped with tables, chairs, and coffee tables. The breakfast spread is impressive, and this hotel definitely has the largest breakfast restaurant I've ever seen. However, I can't give full marks for service. I received four bounced emails from the hotel (yes, four!) and ended up waiting at the front desk for 30 minutes for nothing.
