4-Star Hotels in Brandenburg, Germany

The service was in a effort at check-in, but because of poor German knowledge it was insufficient. It is very bad if you get a yes to a question as a answer, but it is not exactly the fact. Unfortunately, we did not receive any clarifying answer from the German staff on a further request. And 35,- € or even 30,- € with discount are inappropriate for the evening buffet, as some foods have very poor quality.

We recently booked four rooms at this hotel in Berlin. To our disappointment, we were informed upon arrival that early check-in would cost a surcharge of 50% of the room rate, while we had never been informed of this by telephone in advance. We called three times and were not told about these additional charges during each call. After a long journey of 7 hours from Rotterdam, this was an unpleasant surprise. In addition, an additional charge was requested for everything. We request the management to communicate more transparently about such charges!!

The surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

Great location, with an S-Bahn station just a few minutes' walk away, offering a two-stop ride to the airport. The hotel facilities are decent, the room amenities are complete, and the hygiene is good. Excellent value for money.

Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl ! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! The hotel is conveniently close to the BER T1 entrance hall. We arrive by train for the night to catch a flight next early morning. Walking distance is below 5 min. Out room was exceptionally clean, looks very modern and had - to my surprise - excellent soundproofing. Also the bathroom and shower were very clean. From the noise of the airplanes is very few to hear. We Also very clean was the spa/sauna area. It's a mixed sauna and open til 22:00. Restaurant is in the hotel, a 24/7 Rewe supermarket in the BER entrance hall. Great stay for one night.

Das Best Western Plus hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Alles ist sehr großzügig und die Zimmer ausgesprochen groß und sehr ansprechend vom Design. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich mit einem Poolbereich und einem Saunabereich, in dem sich mehrere Saunen befinden. Stündliche Aufgüsse runden das Saunaerlebnis ab. Der Wellnessbereich kann von den Hotelgästen kostenfrei mitbenutzt werden, ist aber auch öffentlich zugänglich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Nachdenken sollte das Hotelmanagement über die in Rechnung gestellten Parkkosten. Das empfanden wir als kleinlich, bei dem sonst so großzügigen Auftreten des Hotels.

Since I had to do in the area, the location was ideal for me. There are few free parking places around the hotel, so it is better to book a parking place there, if necessary in the deep garage.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. It is seen individually that the building has come into the years and could need a little lifting in the form of color and newer equipment. For the location is very good, centrally located and everything is well reached. You should work with this pound.

It was nice to stay here. Good and pleasant hotel. The only thing I was charged twice, one time by trip.com and hotel. So multiply your amount *2 and enjoy your stay)))
