GGuest UserI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.

Just a heads-up for future guests: the street outside the hotel, near where there's a lot of graffiti, seems to be a spot where homeless people gather. Navigation sometimes directs you there. I recommend taking the main road instead; it won't add much time to your journey, just a few minutes.
Breakfast was decent. Not cheap, but filling, and there was a good variety.

MmaykThe supermarket and subway are very close and convenient, and it's not as noisy as the city center. Check-in is on the top floor, where there's a rooftop garden restaurant with an artistic vibe. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. There's a pantry for self-service refills of some supplies, and you need to use a key card to access floors, which adds to the security. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. The only thing to watch out for is the extra-large hanging lamp – if you're not used to it, you might bump your head. Also, you need to climb stairs to get to the bed, so seniors and children should be careful.

The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

MMaramii33I don't know where to start, the hotel was AMAZING! It was a very comfortable stay, we got an upgrade to a one bedroom studio it was perfect very comfy very clean fully equipped with kitchenette, dishwasher, big refrigerator, stove, cutlery and utensils with a nice view. The staff were so friendly and respectful specially Nicolas who checked us in! The were flexible with the check in and check out time too. Excellent location very near to the train station and the city centre all walking distance we didn't need any transport, the area itself of the hotel is new and clean and quiet away from the crowd yet very near to everything! Will definitely book again with the chain anywhere.

LLing15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice.
Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.
Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.
Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.
Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily.
Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.
Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.

GGuest UserStayed here for 4 days / 3 nights and overall had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained — exactly what you want after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was solid, good variety and well-stocked. Location is a big plus — just a short walk from Tivoli Gardens, which made it super convenient for sightseeing. Would recommend for families or anyone visiting central Copenhagen.

The area is about 4 subway stops from downtown, and the hotel is near the subway.
Room is spacious, bright and clean.
Bathroom is small, with the most annoying sink ever. Rarely seen a sink this small. It’s so small, everything falls off.
Service is not so great. The provided iron and ironing board were rusty and dirty and leaked rust water on my shirt when used. Requested a new iron from front desk but it took a while.
Hotel has no room service, replaced by a shop downstairs in the lobby. Housekeeping is good but did not give me shower gel for 3 days straight. Breakfast is good.
