Very good, worth having, the breakfast in the quiet morning is good, and the scenery outside the window and door is even better.
I will stay here next time. Parking is also convenient. There are 2.2/2 hours in the surrounding area, free from 8 pm to 8 am, which is 13/day; (free on the roadside on Sundays) or park in the hotel’s own parking lot 19/day;

Great location easy to walk around. Good breakfast section with cava. Service of staff polite. Parking right next to hotel with discount. Air conditioning adequate for the month of june. Only downside, some noise at night from the plaza (guess young people partying and talking)

The location is excellent, within walking distance of all attractions, and has its own underground parking lot with ample spaces. The only downside is that the window of the room I booked faced a wall, which felt rather oppressive.
It's pretty good, equivalent to a room and a living room, the layout is reasonable, there is a refrigerator, but there is no kettle and drinking cups, the cups that can be used to brush your teeth, I don't know what it means! Next to it is a big shopping mall, there is Carrefour, there are snacks, parking on the roadside, free, quite big! Health can be. There is not much breakfast, the variety is acceptable, the general hotel has things, coffee is general!

Very Good
GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are great, it is on the mountain, if it is convenient to drive by car, parking is free, the parking lot is large, overlooking the entire Segovia Old Town, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is full.
Hygienic: Why is it very good? The suite is set. There will be a full set of toiletries.
Environment: Environmental landscape invincible
Service: It is urged when checking out the next day, the overall is great
TTimur SviravaThe hotel is in the historical part of the city on a fairly quiet street. The single room is small, but you can unpack your suitcase. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there is a bidet and a bathtub. I would stay again.
IIka_EllyVery fancy hotel.
This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral.
The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful!
The good:
- Spacious room.
- Dogs welcome.
-Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules).
-Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices.
-Underground parking at 20€/night.
The bad:
-35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them.
-I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude!
By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!
GGuest UserThe castle is very good, a rare experience, very cost-effective, not far from Salamanca, highly recommended!
The kids have to add 25 euros, but the kids love it.
Please choose a high-level room type, the cheapest room is downstairs in the periphery, we upgraded to the courtyard upstairs, the room is too much better.
Dinner is also remarkable, the children's menu is special, Santella is delicious, not afraid of not eating delicious here.
The front desk lady helped us too much, and the other service staff were also very good.

FfonkaBeautiful hotel, very clean Clean rooms, food There are many breakfast options to choose from. Everything is very comfortable. The staff provided good service.
LLynnette DawnThere is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.
GGuest UserThe reason why I chose this hotel is that it is not far from the ancient city, about one kilometer, you can reach it on foot, and the hotel has a small paid parking lot. The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastically gave us directions on the tour. When I was having breakfast, I left my clothes in the restaurant, and the restaurant waiter helped me bring them up. It's just that this hotel is too old and the facilities are not up to four-star standards. As soon as I entered the room, there was a smell, similar to the smell of mutton. Only a quarter of the light strip in the room was bright. When it was first turned on, the non-lit part flickered. The stone on the bathroom sink was broken and the stone floor was pitted. Unfair. The room is very small and there are no boxes in the empty space that can be opened. There were only three different plastic clothes hangers in the closet, which seemed to have been left by the residents. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the restaurant seats were stained.
DDoc GThis is a charming palace that has been converted into a hotel right in the heart of Avila beside the Cathedral. If you’re driving, then there is onsite parking, however, beware of the steps from the car park to the hotel if you’re carrying a lot of luggage. We unloaded outside the hotel, but had to carefully manage our way down the stairs to the car park when checking out. The breakfast room is set behind the beautiful central courtyard and the staff were friendly and attentive. As per check in and check out, fairly straightforward, but don’t expect any smiles or warm customer service.
RRena PThe location to food, markets, bars, taxi, bus and sightseeing were right at your doorstep. The service by the staff was amazing. So friendly, so kind, so informative, and so service oriented. The manager, Paloma was amazing in her service oriented approach. She was helpful and lots of laughter in a professional manner. Andzes was also very accommodating. He helped us tremendously even when we didn’t speak Spanish Roberto was very informative and he knew everything about the area and hotel. We will be back !
