This is the first time we have stayed in a Parador and based on this experience it won't be the last. The hotel's location is magnificent, set on a hillside overlooking the old city of Toledo but with easy access from the Autovia. Check in was a pleasant experience and later when we needed help printing our barding passes the guys on the desk certainly went out of their way to help. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cheeses, meats and fish. Cooked options were available but we were more than happy with the buffet. The view from the breakfast room is outstanding. Finally I come to the room. We had treated ourselves to a Junior Suite which consisted of a bedroom, a sitting room and a large bathroom with both a walk in shower and a sunken bath. Each window gave the wonderful view of the city both by day and at night when the main buildings are floodlit. As well as coffee there were complementary soft drinks and water in the fridge together with a couple of tins of nuts. Check-out was not until 12 and we would have lingered until then had we not had a flight to catch.

Very good hotel. I celebrated my birthday with my sister! Really good. The only problem is that you have to be transported to Madrid for transportation (pay taxi fare, etc.)!

Cuando digo asequible es que pague 60 € por este fin de semana (22-23-24 Julio 2022), sin desayuno. Habitación de matrimonio relativamente espaciosa, igual que el baño. Un 10 al aire acondicionado (llegamos a los 44º en el exterior y en la habitación si queríamos lo bajábamos y dormíamos tapados, especial para una persona calurosa como yo). Jardín muy grande y con una piscina grande de agua semi salada (depuración por sal), y de ruidos nada de nada. Acudimos a una boda (habían dos en la misma noche) y no pusieron nada de música, así que silencio total. El único problema fue el desayuno, muy escueto (lo mínimo) y si se terminaba algo o tardaban una eternidad en reponerlo o sencillamente no lo lo reponían, pero por 8 € tampoco se puede pedir langosta... y la atención de los camareros -únicamente el domingo-, un poquito seca y desagradable.

This hotel is a walk on memory lane, a fresh sip of water. It brings you back to the time when hospitality had a whole different sense. When tourism was not an industry and every hotel had its unique mark of hospitality. This is the best hotel I have found in Spain so far. Even if the weather was awful, I have fond memories of Albacete thanks to my stay in Castilla hotel. Wonderful staff, strategic location . Perfect room .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pintor El Greco hotel in Toledo! Great location within easy walking distance of all the historical places and stunning sights around the city. We stayed in the heritage section of the property with original beamed ceilings and features. Nice modern upgrades to the spacious room - comfortable bed. We only stayed one night and did not get the chance to enjoy the restaurants onsite - but did go up to the rooftop balcony for the night sky and city views - spectacular! We met the Hotel Manager Cristina Hernandez Gines at check out and enjoyed a lovely conversation about our family in Salamanca and Alicante. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Guadalajara, because the very spacious rooms provide all the comforts, so the accommodation is very comfortable. The attention of hotel staff is ten. There is no doubt that every visit to Guadalajara is my priority.

The hotel staff were helpful . We were given a room on the ground floor. The hall way in between the rooms are spacious . To our great surprise, despite the furniture inside the room were very old fashion , they were very clean and all the amenities in the bedroom and bathroom were very well designed and handy. We think this hotel must be a very expensive hotel in the good old days. The bath room and the bedroom was really spacious. The room was bright with lamp lights and the bed was comfortable. And we were lucky to be able to met some very helpful and polite spanish in the entrance hall of the hotel. The hotel was located on the the foot of the slopes leading to the tourist attractions uphills. We could easily find a free carpark around the hotel . We think this is the best hotel we had during our 16 days trip to Spain. It is really value for money. If we come back to Toledo, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

This hotel is in the new part of the town in one of the suburbs. There is plenty of free car parking outside on the road together with a bus stop for the bus into town. I am in a wheelchair and we could get into the shopping area in 15 minutes. The old town is about 10 minutes away by taxi or a good walk up a very steep hill. The hotel public rooms and bedrooms are light and airy. The view out is better than that looking at the hotel! The reception staff are really helpful and the other staff good as well. We stayed at a weekend so the hotel was very empty and the evening meal was served in the bar but was excellent. One of the best meals we had on this visit to Spain. Breakfasts are served in the dining room and the buffet is excellent with a wide range of cold meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries. If you ask the waiter hot food will be cooked off for you which much more appetising than the standard trays of cooked food stewing on the side. I think the hotel is more of a business hotel during the week but it was great for us. The only ****** was that if you are wheelchair user there is only one bed in the large accessible room. This cannot be split into two single beds. My legs kick at night so my wife needs a seperate bed so once again I had to book a seperate room for her. Seems rather unfair. The room was well fitted out with easy wheelchair access and a sliding door into the wet room, which is large. The shower area has very limited grab rails and my wife had to follow mne into the shower to put the stool behind me. There is no fixed seat in the shower which is a shame. In all a very nice hotel with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and even more in the town centre.

Then my wife was stolen in a private room on the 2nd floor and with a sergeant controlling access to the buffet, the thief or the thiefs passing through reception went to the buffet room was talking to the sergeant q controlling access (Because I saw it and I confirm it) and yet I don't know why they left him staying in the room (to me asked about the room to go) and in a disorder they stole our pocket. I think it would have been much more careful with access, we'll see how this ends Among the €3000 q taken out of the card and the more than €1000 losses per cash, mobile, glasses, car keys, etc, the stay went out for a peak. Do not leave anything unnoticed The hotel is in principle rejecting any liability and they say they have no insurance to answer for the robbery, we will see if the health advice can mediate in the matter.

Quite big pool area with a small pool for children. A lot of sunbeds and a bar that is open until afternoon. In the hotel there is a free-of-charge kids club (miniclub) with an employee playing with the kids, and 3+ year-olds can stay without parents. Open almost all day. Our children loved it, and often rather wanted to go there than play in the pool. The teacher is lovely and does all kinds of fun things with the kids. They were even given a diploma and a t-shirt after participation. The breakfast was very poor though and needs an immediate improvement. We had it one day, and can't recommend it for any price. Not many options , and food didnt seem fresh and was not tasty. Pastries didnt seem to be from the same day. Long queue to the coffee machine because 2 out of 3 machines were out of use.

Heading from France to south of Spain we have decided to step by Warner park in Madrid. The hotel/park combo has proposed this hotel . 20’ drive from the park this hotel was a great surprise. Nice welcome , early arrival , large room for 4 and restaurant staff very much helpful to handle our limited knowledges of Spanish . The evening dinner from the terrasse was a lovely moment in family . No question I recommend it for a local step by .

Very clean and friendly, the staff very helpful. the rooms large and clean great bathroom. the bar food was very good and good value. the holtel all areas were very clean and tidy. the tv could have been updated would be my only complaint, a little small for the room

The hotel is located outside the ancient city. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the San Juan Monastery. The parking is free and suitable for self-driving. The city view rooms are large and the mattresses are of good quality. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is not particularly many, but the quality is good. And fresh. Very recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to stay a few more days next time

The hotel room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the hotel staff has a very good attitude, and the recommended restaurants are of good quality and low price. The breakfast is rich, tastes good and has many choices. Will definitely come again

The hotel has been created with exceptional sensitivity and imagination from seven old town houses, in the heart of the city hard by the cathedral. Our room ”deluxe with views” had two windows giving a spectacular panorama of rooftops, mountains and monuments, lovely to wake to in morning sunshine. It was very spacious and could have done with some drawers and coat hooks, not to mention advice on how to switch beytween rain shower and hand held (tip: you have run the bath to then switch to hand shower). This is a fairly new hotel and staff try hard to sort out problems when they arise - special credit here to Maria. Breakfast is in a relaxed space with both natural and tasteful artificial light. Variety is strong but hot food in containers was lukewarm to cold, and the eggs made to order were run of the mill and in one case delivered very late without explanation or apology. Generally, service at breakfast is pleasant but uninspired. Overall a great place to stay in Toledo, and for now, value looks good too.

The location is very good, there is a public car park at the door, and it is free on weekends. The hotel is old building but very clean. Going out is the ancient city, it is very convenient to walk. The front desk is OK, not enthusiastic, a little cold. Only two bottles of water were given for the two people. The hotel restaurant is very good, booked dinner, nine o'clock, the last location, found in the past is very empty, thought it was fooled, the original ten people have come one after another, the restaurant is full, the original Spaniards love the night. The eggplant of the appetizer is delicious, and the shrimp, the mutton of the main course is a little taste, but the pork and lamb in Spain have a little taste, like
