Excellent downtown location, within walking distance to all attractions. There's a bus stop for line 10 nearby, which gets you to the airport, train station, and botanical garden.
The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.
Located in Batumi's old town, the hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the beach. The Ali and Nino statues are within walking distance, and it's also close to the cable car station and church – a truly vibrant area. However, the hotel doesn't have assigned parking, making it difficult to find a spot if you're driving; it's entirely based on luck.
Delicious and varied breakfasts. The location is excellent, quiet and right in the center. The sea is a 5-7-minute walk away.
The receptionist offered a complimentary late checkout. The view from the room is stunning.
The room is very nice, spacious and bright, with a balcony facing the sea. It is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, very suitable for self-operation. Downstairs is the beach garden. The experience is very good and worth recommending

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.
Located in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.
The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.
Price-quality ratio.
Modern hotel, located on the 40th floor of the hotel orbit with sea view. You can not find the address of the corner house, but in fact it is behind it. The rooms correspond to pictures and description. Clean, beautiful, convenient. Nuance with elevators, you can stay 10 minutes. There is a place with breakfast but we haven't visited. 10 minutes from the sea. 20 minutes to the old city. Recommend.

WWeixineryi~The room is very big, with two bathrooms. You can see the sea from the window, but unfortunately there is no balcony. There is a washing machine and dryer, and a simple kitchen where you can cook. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. There is a room and a living room. The living room is very big. Because I didn't want to sleep on the sofa, I added a bed. The breakfast is a continental breakfast, self-service, with a lot of things. It is a good accommodation in Batumi.

GGuest UserWide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

GGuest User
GGuest UserWe were accommodated in a sea-view apartment on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, they're very helpful, and they even offered to help us buy train tickets to Tbilisi! We didn't have meals, so we ate breakfast wherever we could, including downstairs. The staff was equally friendly and helpful. There's also a great cafe in the building next door.
The elevators are efficient, with three passenger elevators.
The room is spacious, with plenty of room to move around, as is the bathroom. The shower was on IVF, so after you'd thoroughly washed your hair, everyone else wouldn't get a chance, so we had to wait. Our bathroom door also had trouble opening (it kept hitting the floor), and the sink leaked. In the shower, unless you hold the shower head in your hand, it would pour down the glass onto the edge and the floor. But it wasn't a big deal, and we got used to it.
Towels were changed daily, and bed linens every three days. Mosquitoes sometimes fly onto the floor, so be aware.
The bathroom has a heated towel rail, which is convenient.
The balcony had room for two chairs, so you can sometimes sit there and drink wine.
The old town (ski lift) is just an hour's walk away. We walked along the embankment every day; it's very large and beautiful!
Near the hotel there are many currency exchange offices, shopping centers, fresh bread, shops, etc.
We are happy with our choice and recommend it.
