The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable.
The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair.
The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors.
The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure.
The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included.
There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Located in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

Overall a normal hotel, good location. Of the minuses:
- when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid
- there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁
- breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty
- upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system
- in the morning there was a water outage altogether

Guest UserThe place is good and well-organized, with everything you need like a washing machine, iron, and a small kitchen. It's clean, but not the best. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas within walking distance.
The only issue I had was that after the apartment was cleaned, my pajamas went missing. I asked at the reception, and they said the cleaning staff wasn't there. Since check-out was early in the morning, I gave them my number to contact me if they found them. Honestly, this whole thing made me uneasy; if pajamas can be stolen, what about other belongings? I was a bit stressed and insisted on following up to see if there would be any action, but unfortunately, they didn't care at all and didn't take the matter seriously.
If you book here, make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and don't let anyone in to clean.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with fresh renovations. The location is super convenient: attractions, the promenade, the sea, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The room comes with towels, a bathrobe, a hairdryer, a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, glasses, and a large TV.
Breakfast was pretty standard: eggs, omelets, sausages, fresh and stewed vegetables, bread, pastries. There was also cottage cheese and yogurt, and pancakes. I would have liked to see some porridge added.

Great hotel with a convenient location. Fully matches the description.
The service is convenient and well organized. We booked the room while already in the city, and the hotel confirmed the reservation immediately. We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready.
The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

The room lacks a microwave and toaster. There's only a mirror in the bathroom. There's no space for long clothes, such as coats or dresses. There's no coat rack in the hallway, only in the room. There are no bedside lamps, only overhead lighting.

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Guest UserWe stayed for 6 days in July.
I want to express my immense gratitude for our stay.
Pros:
- Freshly renovated
- New furniture
- New crockery available, except for salad/soup bowls
- The bathroom is newly renovated with good plumbing and a drying rack.
- All toiletries are provided, except for hair conditioner. There's even one razor.
By the way, the toiletries are of good quality. The shampoo washes hair well, and the body lotion is decent.
- They allowed us a free late check-out at 2 PM instead of 12 PM. Thanks! 😁
- We never had to wait long for the elevator. It does pick up people on the way, so the ride isn't just 5 seconds, but it's not a big deal!
- The staff cleaned once in 6 days, and I remember we could have asked for more. The ladies themselves asked if we needed cleaning. Very responsive.
- In the closet, there's a sewing kit, a shoehorn, and a shoe sponge.
- The bed is moderately firm.
- Wi-Fi is available in the room (sometimes it disconnects) and at the reception.
- Spacious balcony. We had a gorgeous view.
- The location was excellent for us.
- A water cooler in the hallway is a plus! 💙
Cons:
- No sponges for washing dishes.
- No salt and pepper. This isn't a hotel minus, just something to keep in mind.
- No microwave or toaster. I don't consider this a major drawback either. More for your information.
- The staff is often busy, making it hard to ask questions. There are often queues at reception.
- No cable TV. If you have a YouTube or Netflix account, you can use it. Otherwise, it's useless. But I don't consider this a disadvantage either.
Conclusion: We didn't find any significant drawbacks.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They made my birthday extra special by welcoming me with complimentary wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is great, and I especially loved the view from the balcony – absolutely beautiful! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!
