Расположение нормальное, но много осталось вопросов. В номере Female room на 4 человека выделили 2 рулона туалетной бумаги, причем никто больше не пополняет воду, бумагу, мыльные принадлежности. На 3 комнаты всего 1 малюсенькое мусорное ведро в туалете. Поставьте обязательно в общей комнате под стол еще 1 большое. Рецепшн оставил номер телефона для связи в WhatsApp, но никто сообщения не читает. Обслуживание хромает. И дороги в посёлке кошмарные. Очень раздолбаные, кругом пылища. В целом отель неплохой, но нужно обязательно подтянуть сервис.

A beautiful, new, and clean family hotel. The reception is excellent. Thank you very much. The room has been upgraded. The place is quiet and beautiful, and the service is excellent. There is a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel is distinguished, and the effort is excellent. I recommend it to families looking for peace and quiet. There is no room service. You can only eat in the restaurant. The restaurant is excellent, and the view is wonderful. At night, the situation is a little scary, given that we are in the middle of the mountains. My thanks to the hotel management.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet and cozy location. The hotel is located slightly uphill, which makes the area especially peaceful and comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room fully matched the description and met all expectations. A great place to stay.

Everything is great about the hotel: Hospitality, place, amenities, food, cleanliness, customer service, location, natural surroundings. Bacho is one kind of reception staff, so polite. He generously provided bigger room & extra free dinner for two persons for two nights. Very grateful for him & the stay in general👍 Recommended

A spacious room with a balcony. It has an unusual view of the ”rock” that abuts the balcony and windows, preventing enough sunlight and making the room chilly. We wore warm socks. The shower has a panoramic window, which is unusual, as the rock blocks everything. Breakfast is a good buffet; the mashed potatoes and buckwheat were a surprise.

A truly wonderful hotel! The location is superb, with many great attractions nearby and everything easily accessible. The restaurant and bar are also highly recommended. I would especially like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff. We felt very comfortable here and would return anytime. Absolutely recommended!

The hotel was certainly super, but has not been maintained for a few years and is slowly disintegrated. This starts with a bathroom door falling from the doorstep or a stick stick to the wall and continues with uncovered water spots on the wall and many non-functional areas in the SPA. The hotel was cleaned up super, but it needed a housemaster with more budget to make repairs. The gas pipe was exchanged at our stay and there was no heating or hot water. This was not informed us in advance, only on request that the whirlpool would not be heated. This lack of communication is not okay. We have received a refund for staying of trip.com.

Very pleasant and soulful place. The main pluses perfect cleanliness, all new and excellent silence. Separate plus for cosmetics: Turkish shampoo Rythm proved so qualitative and washing hair so cool that we even looked for where to buy it home. Breakfast was not taken. The only nuance hotel is on the hill, so although everything is next, the rise requires some effort. In general the place is wonderful!

واجهت مشكلة عند تسجيل الوصول، حيث لم يتم التعرف على الحجز المدفوع مسبقًا عن طريق موقع Trip.com، وأصرّ الفندق على أن الحجوزات المعتمدة لديهم تتم فقط عبر تطبيق Booking. بعد عدة محاولات استغرقت حوالي 20 دقيقة، تم العثور على الحجز أخيرًا. لاحظت أيضًا أن جميع الغرف لا تحتوي على مكيف هواء، لذا يُنصح بالتأكد من الطقس قبل الحجز لأن الموقع يعتمد بشكل كبير على الأجواء. كانت هناك رائحة دخان قادمة من الشرف المجاورة للغرفة، ويبدو أن بعض النزلاء يستخدمونها للتدخين، مما اضطرني إلى فتح النوافذ لتهوية الغرفة. شروط الفندق صارمة جدًا، كما أن الغرامات مبالغ فيها؛ فهناك غرامة على التدخين داخل الغرفة، وكذلك على تأخير تسجيل الخروج بعد الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا. تجربة متوسطة بشكل عام، وأتمنى من الإدارة تحسين نظام الاستقبال
