Nice, comfy, and good location. Unfortunately, the air condition of the room that I stayed this time, the temperature is not adjustable. It’s super cold at 20-21 degree no matter how I adjusted. At the end I have to off the AC for my entire three nights stay.
The rooms are a tad old and the carpet doesn’t seem clean.. we stayed for 3 nights and due to work from home situation, we stayed in the room when the housekeeping came. They just tidied up the bedsheet, maybe washed bathroom and changed the towels but, didn’t vacuum the carpet.
We also sent laundry which was supposed to be ready by the end of the day under regular laundry. But, they only sent the laundry the next day noon.
The staffs are okay friendly. Location is great. Will I be back? Maybe, I’ll try other nearby hotels as well.
The hotel is relatively new, and the room size and layout are excellent. The staff also provide good service. However, on the second day after it rained, the cold water was very dirty, although the hot water was fine.
The location is right next to the train station, but if you walk from the station to the hotel, even though it's not far, the road isn't very pedestrian-friendly (there are barely any sidewalks, and lots of motorbikes).
This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.
Good and nice hotel. Up graded free of charge. Counter staff fMas Eko very friendly and helpful, Adryan Tahar, kitchen staff at Restaurant cook up a great breakfast for 2 mornings.Overall a nice stay..room is very nice and clean.
Nearby no minimart… no swimming pool.. the building only have 1 lift… the standard dropped dramatically…
Next the house keeping even try to enter our room even though we told them when the room need housekeeping will update them.
We heard commotion outside and informed the front desk … after half hour still nobody come to look into it… what happened there are some killer out there… ?
Stay at your own risk…
No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers.
The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough.
Staff helped to bring luggage to the room.
The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.
The hotel is fantastic. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best
The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries
It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect.
I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5
The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order
I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan
Room is big and clean but outside can be quite noisy during the evening to the night with other staying guests playing outside around the swimming pool area. I like the buffet breakfast which I called it too sumptuous. Better be careful if one is concern about taking care of their waistline.
The hotel is clean, luxurious, the view is really beautiful, the breakfast menu is also really delicious. ❤️

GGuest UserWonderful stay – peaceful and comfortable
We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi.
The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

FF4rhanaKaribia Hotel is located near the Kesawan area (the old city of Medan), making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. There are also plenty of artisan cafés around. If you’re here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, you’re greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. The breakfast spread is quite good, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine. The only downside is that there’s no smart TV. So if you’re planning a staycation and prefer to just stay in the hotel, it might not be ideal as there isn’t much to do; no swimming pool and no smart TV.

JJessie SandddyGreat stay as it’s very close to airport. They offer a shuttle which is free every second our from 6am. We had to pay as we went at 7am. Hey ho was 75,000. Gym is ok, very basic. Shower was good & hot. Food was okay, our chicken was questionable and pizza was sweet but I guess that’s what we get for ordering western. Food is also expensive but I guess this is their monopoly as there isn’t anywhere else around. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge and so was the bed! Please be aware this hotel is cashless - only accepting card payment!
AAbuhurairahismailCustomer friendly, especially receptionist 2 beautiful girl Vira and her friend, good room, facility good. The most important thing is to be safe(Aman). Will repeat again next time.
