This hotel in the Dago area has a bathtub in every room. The view from the Grand Deluxe room type is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The swimming pool is warm, but only lukewarm. For breakfast, there aren't enough varieties for a 4-star hotel, and the taste still needs a lot of improvement. The donuts, though, are delicious! Hopefully, next time I return, the breakfast will have more variety and better flavor.

It’s been an amazing stay! It’s our first time here and we truly enjoyed it. The hospitality of all the staff has been wonderful. The security, front office, and housekeeping teams are all very helpful, always smiling and showing great kindness.
Keep up the great work! The location is perfect, and the amenities are very complete for a 3-star hotel. We had a great experience.

This hotel is incredibly kid-friendly. Despite the beautiful and clean pool, there's also a new and great playground right next to it. The room was clean, and the welcome snack included treats and fruit. Plus, they have a bubble party every weekend and a ton of kids' activities. After the bubble foam party, the hotel staff even knocked on our door to give our kids decorated cookies that said ”Happy Staycation.” So thoughtful. We will definitely be back :)

The only downside was the breakfast; there were too many Indonesian food options compared to international ones. Even for Indonesian food, they didn't have Indomie, which is something I found at Swiss-Bel Solo, along with pasta. Also, the egg counter here isn't easily accessible to guests; it's tucked away behind the main counter.
The bathroom mat was also too thin. After one guest showers, it gets completely soaked, making it useless for the next guest.
Overall, though, it's pretty good! 👍👍👍👍👍

The last time we were at R Rancamaya was many years ago before covid. And after years, it is still quite good and bringing back many memories. The room is definitely needs upgrading or renovating to newer and more clean look. The buffet restaurant is great. And the animal park is definitely a must go to in the morning, after breakfast.

This hotel located at a very convenient area especially for culinary. Front desk service was uneventfull and everything went smoothly. Room was clean and setup as requested at booking. Amenities complete as expected from the scale of this hotel. Ac, hotwater and water kennel worked perfectly.
Small problem with plumbing in the raiser of the hotel, for some reason pipes were ratling when neighbor were using their water. It was rather loud especially in quite room.
Parking can be challenging when arriving during rain, as covered parking is very limited.
Overall, I have stayed here several times, and no complain each stays.

PP****tya**sTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

55tringI checked in at around 7:00 pm and was welcomed by a receptionist named Alya. She was very friendly and helpful in providing all the information I needed. The lobby décor and the overall hotel looked attractive. The café and restaurant were comfortable and spacious, but the food selection was not very exciting and seemed similar to that of a 3-star hotel. The room was clean, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. Considering the condition of the room and the food, I might not choose to stay at this hotel again; however, because the front desk service was excellent, it might be worth reconsidering.

CCacaaayangFirst time staying at Clove, and oh my goodness, I'm completely in love! 😭🤚🏻 The front desk staff were absolutely top-notch. I requested an upper-floor room and actually got it, and the wait wasn't too long at all. The room was clean, no strange smells, actually it smelled nice! The bathroom and amenities were refilled. After 3 days and 2 nights, I wanted to extend my stay. Next time I'm in Bandung, I won't have to stress about finding a place to stay. 😗 It's not too far from Lembang or the city center either, still perfectly fine! 😍👍🏻 Ah, I just can't get over it, especially the view! The cleaning service was also great. Seriously, DON'T HESITATE, you HAVE to try staying here! 😭🥰😍 I was in junior suite room 6603. 😍😍😍😍🤎

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety.
One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

FFifi nadzirahLove the location,love the hotel. But, there are improvements to be made. The toilet is not sparkly clean as. The housekeeping did a great job in cleaning, just the toilet need a little improvement. The drain flow is slow. Overall I really enjoyed staying there. It is close to Bandung culiners ❤️

However, their grooming was excellent.
As someone in the same service industry, I respect that.
The room was nice, but the lack of body soap was a demerit. The location was good, and best of all, it was quiet enough to make you forget the hustle and bustle of Jakarta.
The only drawbacks were that the food wasn't very good, and while the security staff were friendly, I didn't really notice the reception staff.
I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a place to stay near nothing else. The restaurants were also just average.
That's one of Jakarta's strengths.
