Had a comfortable stay at Playhotel, the staff are really welcoming and helpful. Recommended for short stays. Breakfast options are also good. Would surely recommend for friends and family.
Started bad but ended well 1. They checked us early into deluxe room 420 where water was leaking from ceiling continuously and spilling on the table. There was no way anyone would stay in such a room for more than a minute. They knew it but purposely gave it to us as early checkin. 2. Second deluxe room 424 they gave has a huge pillar in middle of room. We booked the costlier deluxe room and yet this is what best they had to offer. 3. Next day this room basin tap had water dripping non stop and wet-ted entire bathroom. We got it fixed. 3. Dal fry we ordered on first night had excess salt. 4. For all above complaints, i should blame the management and not the staff. Staff as such want to help and are nice to talk etc. They talk with you often and carry a big smile and try their best. 5. Breakfast is very very good. Has a great spread and very value for money. Especially for vegetarians. I would urge local bhopalis to try this bfast buffet costing 399. 6. Location is good and pretty central. Db city mall and manohar restaurant are just a km away. Two railway stations are within 20min drives. 7. Special thanks to staff deepika rekha anamika for serving us promptly and with big smiles at breakfast table.
Room are spacious, swimming pool at the rooftop is small but very beautiful, staffs are very friendly, local transport is not a problem at all. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan and Manish are nice and always at the service.
Ms. Shuli always reponds with BRIGHT SMILE and Mr. Chetan is SO COMMITTED to his duty silently. The front desk of the hotel is always proactive
The Hotel is Great and food served is also delicious. Breakfast has a variety of options. Cleanliness is good too.
Overall a great stay. Special thanks to Reception for early check-in.
The buffet breakfast variety is not too rich, but the taste is good, especially the whole team's service is too warm, leaving us a very good impression. The location of the hotel is quite good, not far from the three temples in the southeast. The hotel is large in size and is a beautiful garden hotel. My husband and I stayed in India for more than a month, and we stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Khajuraho for four days and five days and gave us a good rest and relaxation.
My hotel stay at hotel central point, gwalior was excellent there hospitality was very good all staff members are excellent. They all are very cooperative. Like to visit this hotel again. Thanks
Very nice hospitality offered by Fairfield Marriott Indore, a 4 star Marriott Bonvey property in the heart of the city.
Location is decent and breakfast is awesome
Hey, i am a fellow traveller from hyderabad and here’s my candid review about sarovar portico 1. Price - i made my booking for one night and triple occupancy for the basic room without breakfast. 2. Service - exceptional service by the hotel staff. The front desk upgraded our room by 2 levels without asking for it. We were extremely tired and fatigued from our trip and this was a very lovely experience other staff also very cordial and helpful 3. Property maintenance - its an old property and that surely is visible as soon as you enter the place. I think they should consider renovation. Rooms are hygienic to a great extent, one would ideally not have complaints 4. Complaints - if i were to nitpick, it would be that 1-2 stains in the bathroom that bothered me and how the pool has no depth. The mattress was broken and it was a very painful sleep that night. Mattress has to be of high quality final verdict - if you get good discount like me, totally worth it! if not, consider something else

Amazing
GGuest UserI made a mistake when booking the number of nights, and they didn't care, making me pay for an extra night I didn't stay. In similar situations at other hotels, they canceled the extra night without a problem, regardless of the cancellation policy. In fact, two hotels in India did this on my last trip. This is the hotel in India where I've encountered the least polite reception staff, which is particularly surprising given that India is known for its excellent customer service. Some of the reception staff should read Gandhi's message that's displayed at the entrance to the reception area...they seem to have forgotten it.
Otherwise, it's a very good and beautiful hotel; the rest of the staff is fantastic, from the restaurant staff to the very friendly gardener.

GGuest UserHotels are too good to stay with family. Good service by hotels management. Curious about all your concerns and issues. Good with forest and natural enviroent make a mind wow. Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.
GGuest UserThe staff was friendly and the food was good (the selection of soft drinks was limited). The room looks nice at first glance, but is in serious need of a makeover. The bathroom in particular was dated and dirty; there was also no hot water. All in all, a beautifully located hotel that is not fully worth the high price due to the lack of maintenance.
GGuest UserMy stay at hotel viraj was wonderful and comfortable. The rooms very spacious, well lit, and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind including saurabh and atul ji. I ordered chill i garlic noodles which were of good quality
