Location: Excellent Facilities: Good Service: Unsatisfactory 1. There was no one to greet us upon arrival 2. Our suitcases were unattended and we had to carry them to our room ourselves. 3. Mosquitoes everywhere. 4. We had to request for mosquito repellent. The hotel staff should be more attentive and ensure rooms are stocked with essentials. 5. The food we ordered for in-room dining was not even warm (forget hot food). We only ordered some fries and a sandwich - not sure if the fries were prepared and shipped from France 😂 Will never opt this place again.

Temporary fixed old hotel, good price, good service, no need to be too detailed, basically has made the level of more than 500 hotels in China.

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

I chose Ra***a Towers primarily because of the location and its website. The location was excellent for me, just a few minutes walk from the entrance of Sri Ra***a Ashram which was literally at the end of the street. (I discovered a nearby cafe/restaurant called 'The Dreaming Tree' which is one of the main places for meeting Westerners and which is also just a few minutes walk away plus Ganga Ma's place is also close by for Satsangs). The staff were always friendly, approachable and helpful (and arranged a taxi for me in advance from Chennai airport direct to Ra***a Towers). The attached restaurant served traditional local food which was fine although I preferred to buy my own cereals and fruit for breakfast which I prepared in the kitchen area of my room. My room was fine and everything worked, including the hot water. At night, monkeys would sleep against my bathroom window and on my balcony! Another feature of this hotel I liked was the rooftop terrace which had great views of *********a. The website was a little misleading about the meditation halls though, when I was there the meditation halls appeared to be being used as dormitories. And the library was out of use while I was there too due to building work. Overall though, I was happy with my stay here: the place was clean and secure, and seemed relatively high-end compared to ***y other places in Tiruvannamalai.

Its such very peaceful place and great environment, the sus chef mr anand was very helpful and kind to us , the Manager ajith  also helped us alot , such a great team . Opinion-  1.please change the bunk bed otherwise everything was good . 2. The payment method please give us cash option cause we foreigner can’t use g-pay (*we forget our card )but the manager helped us to settle the issue  Thank you Marriot Team 🙌🏻💯

We had a lovely stay here for 3 days in the suite. Nice big room with a nice pool and friendly staff. Only negative(which was a big one) was an event was on with loud music and base and we were directly underneath it. Despite complaints form and apologies and staff trying to ask the DJ to turn down the bass of the music ( it was shaking the room) it really spoiled our stay as the kids (and us) couldn’t sleep until it finished at 11pm! In future please don’t put families (or anyone) in there suit on floor 7 if there is an event booking above their heads!

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, just a few minutes, convenient to transfer, and generally cost-effective. If you come to Chennai in the future, you will still stay here.

Decent hotel but too expensive for the price. The swimming pool was closed due to maintenance and this was not communicated while booking. You're better off paying slightly more and staying at a resort with beach access.

Very poor customer service from the hospitality team, we stayed in premium room with balcony , which was a building at the end. And we booked to rooms one for myself and one for my parents. My mother can’t walk too much and I am having a 1year old daughter too. So whenever we request for buggy to go to the restaurant or the reception or the indoor game are , the staffs we ride and saying we will come in 5minutes but my mother waited for 30minutes , the next day for breakfast when we asked the staff he said it’s just a slight slope, so you can walk through these rear stairs, which felt me very disappointed and especially a brand like sterling should look into this and when I called reception for the hot water, they said they will send it but I didn’t get. So the next day we booked GRT Kodaika Al, which was really good and especially the team, because we are actually coming for an holiday with our family, and when the hospitality team ruins it, we never trust such hotel chain brands.
