GGuest UserIf you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.

PPaul-YULPerfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions:
1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage.
The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace!
The style is a bit retro but elegant.
The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time.
We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

CCCannonSo i was worried about my 6am flight. In Aus you need to be there 3 hours before for international so I thought id stay close as I wasnt sure how id get to the airport because there was no real public transport that early.
My initial thought was that if im close I can walk. Maps say its walking distance.
It is not.
Luckily the staff ordered a cab for me the night before and me and another guest too thebsame cab but it was more of a shuttle that cost 15€
It a very isolated hotel, almost feels like an old ******* hotel type vibe.
No vending machines or anything like that but I could buy a small coke zero from the restaurant connected ehichbwas super expensive.
They actually have a decent gym, but its on a floor with rooms so you need to stay quiet but its also crazy hot. I was melting up there.
Room was okay, very bare but there was a fridge which was nice.
Look it did the job, could've been cheaper but I had no choice really

A relatively bad experience. 90% of this bad experience comes from the unprofessional front desk.
Let me talk about the more satisfactory part first: it is close to the train station, and it can be reached in ten to fifteen minutes on foot. The facilities are relatively new, there is a coffee machine, a kitchen, and the cooking utensils are very complete, which is very suitable for cooking. The front desk I met on the first day was very friendly and let us check in 40 minutes in advance (early check-in costs 30 euros).
The bad part: I came back from get off work the next night and found that the room was not cleaned, so I went down to ask the front desk. The front desk emphasized that we are not a hotel, this is an apartment (we are not a hotel, but an apartment). FINE, so I asked if I could change the towels or take two clean towels, and I got the reply that it would cost 10 euros to change the towels. The sink in the bathroom drains slowly, so I asked the front desk if they could have someone check it out, but was questioned: why didn’t you report this yesterday. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. The front desk was full of logic, and there was no internal friction at all. If there was a problem, it would only be the guest’s problem.
Sincerely suggest that Ctrip should not mark it as a hotel, and its own employees also emphasized that it is not a hotel.

GGuest UserI've stayed here several times, and it's one of my go-to hotels whenever I'm on a business trip. Everything is great, except the rooms are a bit dated. The location is good, and they offer free parking. Highly recommend!

SSonofEzraThe hotel has a lovely atmosphere; however, the facilities were below expectations for a 4-star property. The floor was not clean, the room was very basic and there were no refreshments available, such as tea, coffee or water. The hot water and shower pressure could also be improved. While I appreciated the design and the breakfast (with the exception of the eggs, which were inconsistent in quality), the layout is not ideal for blind guests, as there are several hazardous corners. That said, the cappuccino was excellent and the waiter was very pleasant.

Yyangling88The apartment has an excellent location; it's within walking distance of the city walk and shopping areas, and Porta Nuova train station is also within easy walking distance. The M4 tram line is right outside, which is very convenient. Turin's public transport is very convenient, so there's no need to take a taxi. I took an Uber once, and it took 20 minutes to get there 😄. Nearby Chinese, Japanese, and Italian restaurants are all good choices based on Google reviews. The hotel was clean and well-equipped, with a washing machine (which was great) and they even provided a small bag of laundry detergent. The mattress was exceptionally soft. There's a kitchen, but no condiments. There's a shared workspace on the first floor where you can drink coffee, but only espresso is available in small and large sizes.
