Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed at Toyosu-tei. The private open-air bath offered a unique experience: despite it being winter and quite cold, our bodies remained toasty warm in the water, yet the towel on our heads actually froze – quite an experience! The views were beautiful. There's also an excellent yakiniku restaurant conveniently located nearby with delicious food.

The room was quite spacious and even had an induction cooktop. Both the hotel and the room were clean, even though the facilities weren't brand new. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for New Year's Day, which was when I visited. I especially want to mention one of the front desk staff, a ********* lady. She was incredibly warm, spoke so nicely, and was super accommodating – really went above and beyond. The hotel also has a large public bath where you can relax. The breakfast spread was extensive, and you could even make your own seafood rice bowl.

My overall experience during this stay was very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Hakodate Morning Market, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The front desk and all staff members were very friendly and professional, always patiently assisting with any issues. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I revisit this city.

First, the hotel is just dozens of meters from JR Sapporo Station. You can see the 'FORZA' sign on the building right in front of you as soon as you exit the station, making it very convenient for travel. Second, the hotel rooms are a bit small. Our suitcase could barely be opened in the entryway. Third, regarding room cleaning, housekeeping only cleans upon guest request. If you don't put the 'Make up the room' sign on the door, staff won't enter your room without permission. Fourth, the hotel breakfast selection isn't incredibly extensive, but it has all the essentials like Western food, sashimi, milk, juice, coffee, cakes, desserts, and pizza, and the quality is excellent. Fifth, the room only provides a toothbrush, toothpaste, and sencha tea bags. Other disposable amenities are available for guests to pick up as needed in the lobby, to the right before entering the elevator area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

The room was spacious and just right, providing a comfortable temporary living space for two. It's about a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, which might be a bit challenging during a snowy Sapporo winter, but overall, it's not a major issue. The hotel lobby has a mini FamilyMart, which is great for basic convenience store needs. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

I meticulously chose this hotel after looking through many in Sapporo, and it offers excellent value for money. I selected a room on floors 15-17, and I was assigned one on the 17th, the highest floor. My corner room faces west, offering a panoramic view of the distant mountains and the lush greenery surrounding Hokkaido University. The other side faces south, where I could see the Ferris wheel 🎡 and the clock on the TV Tower 🗼. Every morning, waking up to the sight of green hills enveloped in white clouds, I felt so relaxed that I almost didn't want to leave the room. I could have visited the Hokkaido University Museum nearby, and even had a meal there, but I went on a holiday and couldn't get any food. Getting to JR Sapporo Station was very convenient, especially close to the North Exit. Even with my mobility issues, my local guide pulled me along from JR Station to the hotel, in the evening rain, with an umbrella and luggage. For someone with average stamina, it would be no problem at all. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, it offered items I enjoyed, so I was very satisfied every morning. Their honey, labeled 'honeycomb,' was particularly interesting and delicious; I found it exceptionally sweet and fragrant, though I wonder if it was just my imagination. There were four magnetic signs on the door to indicate whether housekeeping 🧹 was needed. I chose not to have my room cleaned as I don't like others touching my bed. Each morning, I'd just place the trash outside the door and ask for two bottles of water. Inside JR Sapporo Station, there are many places to eat and shop. I bought Sapporo Agricultural College cookies, which weren't too sweet, at the Hokkaido specialty store on the first floor. There were many other shops I didn't have time to browse. Don't miss the JR Observation Deck on the 38th floor! You can go during the day, at night, or at dusk to watch the sunset. It's very convenient and beautiful. A taxi to Shiroi Koibito Park cost around 3000 yen, which is a bit pricey. Other places like Odori Park and the Ferris wheel are much closer, costing just over a thousand yen. Some reviews mentioned that the north side is quieter than the south. I agree. Since I don't enjoy shopping, the north side was perfect for me. Perhaps because my room was at the end of the hallway, it was exceptionally quiet. The guests next door seemed very quiet too. Sometimes it was so quiet it felt almost desolate. Maybe the soundproofing of the windows is excellent.

Conveniently located very close to the JR station, surrounded by the bustling Yokocho Market. It's a short walk to the seaside, and the hotel even offers sea views. The complimentary toiletries provided are quite comprehensive.

GGuest UserVery very good! The photos are very nice, the breakfast in the restaurant is also delicious, and any photos you take are very good. You can get a yukata after checking in. We didn't know we could choose our favorite yukata until the last day, so we didn't take any photos. Other than that, it's very good, the attitude is also very good, it's worth choosing.

EE2772****Facilities: Very good. A charming, compact choice in Hakodate, but it gets incredibly crowded. You have to queue for the elevator in the evenings. Hygiene: Decent. Environment: Very convenient surroundings with convenience stores, supermarkets, and plenty of dining options. Service: Excellent. They even offer a shuttle bus to various attractions.

CcyepupuThis is our second year staying at Kita Sinyi. Our wonderful experience with the food and drinks here last year made it an easy choice to return without hesitation when visiting Doto again this year. The facilities were excellent. The buffet for our two-night half-board stay offered a great variety of main courses, and the Wagyu beef and desserts were a huge hit with the kids. However, the hotel's pricing for two adults and two children is quite unreasonable. Last year, we had to directly request a room upgrade. This year, with the hotel fully booked, we were charged an additional 50,000 JPY for our 6-year-old child over two days just for meals, with no extra bed provided. Moreover, our previous email request for assistance in booking a taxi was flatly refused.

AAnonymous UserAn absolutely worthwhile night! The private onsen was high quality and the hotel offered great privacy. Both meals we had were delicious, and the service was excellent. The scenery was breathtaking. It was one of those places you never want to check out of. They even offered complimentary snacks upon departure, and the bar had a wide selection of food in the evening. Strolling in the snow after dinner was also beautiful.

WWingStefanieThe room was very spacious. Dinner and breakfast were already set up, though there were slightly fewer hot dishes. The hot springs were very comfortable; the whole town smelled of sulfur, and my skin felt smooth after soaking. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Bear Ranch, passing what seemed to be the central convenience store, 7-Eleven. Since it was close to a holiday, many shops were closed, making it a good spot for a relaxing hot spring retreat. For scenic views, Lake Toya is more highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserThis is a high-quality hotel in Sapporo, and I particularly want to praise the breakfast. The food quality was excellent, with a variety of novel local Hokkaido specialties! The breakfast was so filling it could last me through a whole day of outdoor activities. I'm not sure if it was peak season, but the women's bath was extremely crowded in the evenings, especially with many guests from Hong Kong and Korea with children. It was very lively and bustling! The size of the baths felt quite small relative to the number of guests. The room facilities were standard but of a good-to-excellent Japanese standard, and very clean. Overall, it was very comfortable. The service was average. You can only store luggage for one day, which felt a bit restrictive compared to other hotels.

__WeChat225377****## Facilities: This hotel is nearly 50 years old, so the facilities are quite dated. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, but the taste is mediocre. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Jigokudani (Hell Valley), with an uphill section, so be mindful of slippery conditions if it's icy in winter. In the Sakura building, the rooms on the mountain side have a strong硫磺味 (sulfur smell) outside the window at night, and there are no air purifiers or humidifiers in the rooms. ## Service: The staff are friendly and provide good service. ## Hygiene: We booked a Japanese-style room, and the staff helped make the beds. However, the comforters had stains and a hole in the duvet. There were also unidentified stains on the tatami mats and walls. We reserved a private onsen (hot spring) bath, but the water was quite dirty, with other people's hair and unknown objects floating in it.
