Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

Overall it was ok. Good facility for hot spring. Close to airport. 7-10mints to Asahibashi monorail station. Approximately 20-30mints to Naha airport. Recommend to take monorail instead of taxi due to traffic. 24hrs 7eleven convenience store and ATM for overseas card holders is very useful. There are 2 breakfast restaurants options for 2800-3000 yen range . Staff was very helpful .

Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

This is the my second visit, as good as before 1. Convenient location: just 3-5 minutes walk can arrive monorail station 2. $1500Yen for day parking. 3. Clean: very clean and modern for the room 4. Staff: Staff is nice but the housekeeping can do better 5. Price: Value for money. Super good deal

Good to have more choices for housekeeping. And, customers can get the cleansing stuff at front desk, however, some of them are needed to ask staff to take. Not really user-friendly even through they don’t want ppl get too much of them. Good to have dripping coffee bag to get and coffee to be taken Away after breakfast. And, the location is convenient

The hotel's parking lot is three-dimensional guidance. It is not obvious. It is not a vacant space next to the hotel. It is more troublesome to ask the hotel staff to help. It is quite convenient to check in. The hotel has a first mail QRcode as long as you scan the counter staff. The hotel parking is 1500 yen a day. No limit If you want to enter and exit frequently, it is recommended to park in the hotel. Otherwise, there are some parking lots nearby. The service of the hotel staff is also very good. Because the family is not comfortable, I accidentally vomited in the corridor and notified the hotel staff. They also quickly helped clean and care about this stay. Triple room is very spacious. Two 29-inch suitcases + one 25-inch can be opened. No problem. The bathroom is big enough. The bath is not too narrow. There are also two pillows. One is softer and one is hard. You can choose your favorite lying next to the hotel. There are two super merchants. It takes less than a minute to walk. It’s very convenient to buy things. The soundproofing is not bad. I didn’t hear the sound of other rooms. It’s more residential. The TV can be connected to Netflix and YT. It’s very convenient to see everything. If you come next time, you will stay.

I was disappointed with the response at check-in. Arrived at the hotel at 16:00 after sightseeing, the lobby was full of people waiting for the reception, and I couldn't be guided at the entrance, so I searched for the staff on this side and told him that I wanted to accept it. Then, I was given a number tag saying, ”We accept it in order, so please wait with this number.” .. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. There are 9 more groups in front of you.” I ”How long is it taking for one group?” Staff ”About 15 minutes” Me ”Does it take more than 90 minutes !?” (I don't have a calculation (; ^_^) Staff ”Yes” I'm surprised and can't speak. .. I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. Also two months ago Despite his appointment, he said, ”I upgraded to a room above one for free because it will be a very popular room.” I thanked you, but when I went to the room The door is half open? Very convenient to reach the hotel from the airport. And the receptionist were very friendly, and allowed me to check in early. The gym was open 24 hours and very clean. The breakfast was also delicious with a lot of choices. I think the room size is just right for Japan standard. It is walking distance to the shopping center many restaurants. And I was not able to try the pool and sky bar because it was winter. It is really a value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!

A very good hotel in terms of shopping, car rental and various selection for restaurants, including famous seafood market where you can buy and cook at the 2nd floor. Highly recommended!

Location is good, close to many things you need: Ferry pier to islands, fish market, temple/ small beach within city, shopping avenue and 美榮站monorail. Rooftop swimming pool is highlight, if it’s free of charge from 7pm-11pm that be excellent. I went at 4pm and just me there was perfect. Wish more ppl swim and fewer ppl take pic at pool for bragging in social media , they kinda disturbing with fancy swim suit and drinks in hands 😝. Pic showed bubbles blow around 8pm, super romantic and calming and peaceful. Another highlight:Pajamas is a surprise, soft and fit and comfy. I stayed in double room and is a bit small for 2 persons. One is good enough though

新しくとても綺麗なホテルでした。 立地も県庁の真向かいで国際通りからも近く、かと言って近過ぎて騒がしい場所でもない丁度良い場所にあります。 フロントの方も、ラウンジや食事会場の方も、従業員の方々にはとても親切で素晴らしい対応をして頂きました。 外国人従業員の方もいらっしゃいましたが、丁寧で気持ちの良い接客をしてくれて、言葉が通じない等と困ることもありませんでした。 朝食バイキングはあまり品数豊富な訳ではありませんでしたが、とても美味しかったです。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

Together with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

We stayed in a deluxe twin room with a wide view. The room was very spacious and the large bath was super comfortable. The breakfast was very healthy and I liked it very much, especially the cheese platter which tasted really good! The service staff are very polite. The location is relatively high, but not far from the Children's Kingdom and shopping malls. It's very convenient to drive. The overall feeling is very satisfactory.

We visited during our trip to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. I chose it as it looked a bit ”quirky” and was right on the beach. I did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. After the shoe box sized rooms in Tokyo we were spoilt for space. Beautiful rooms, all mod cons and loads of space. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened up directly onto the beach. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and you couldn't pick a better sport for a beautiful sunset. Reception staff were great - friendly and very helpful.

It was a very nice hotel. The pool is hot water, so I can enter it even in November, and it is open until 23:00 at night, so I was healed in the night pool. The room is also large. There is also a sofa bed on the veranda. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I want to ask you again. It took time to check out shopping at the shop, probably because there weren't enough people at check-out. There are only convenience stores around, so I think it's tough if you don't have a car.

The room is clean and spacious. It can be used for cooking. It is well-equipped. There is also a washing machine. It is convenient for parking. The location is very close to the American Village. I can come again next time I come to Okinawa. It’s great.

The rooms are all good, with washing machines, dryers, microwaves, induction cookers, pots and pans  Same two sets of tableware It’s not difficult to play rice cooker In addition, the toilet, exhaust fan and air conditioner are all equipped with the latest equipment. The most important thing is to have a big bathtub 🛁 The only flaw is that their shower liquid contains too much essential oil. It seems like another layer of oil has been left on your body after you wash it off. But the overall score is 4.5/5! There is a sea near the hotel. It only takes 10 minutes to go to the American Village. Will stay here again if I go to Okinawa again

There is no administrator in a room like a condominium, and all of them are exchanged by email and enter the room by auto locking. From the washing machine, the refrigerator and air conditioner were able to spend a relaxing time in the 2 bedroom of course!
