Extremely clean and always having a great smell, the rooms are not getting too hot during the day , so that’s another plus. Cleaning ladies are so friendly and always smiling, really nice atmosphere. Location is good too
I got there quite late, and the chef was very nice to help me prepare a chicken rice dinner. The lobby felt cozy and warm, and breakfast was immaculate, the chef was nice enough to let me try both the egg Benedict and the avocado toast. I forgot to take pictures of the room but it was identical to the pictures listed on trip.com. The hotel has quite a French colonial aesthetic, their court yard and swimming pool are also very inviting.
A great place for family holidays! Large green space with a lot of activities for both kids and adults and together. Friendly and helpful staff with smiles and high attention and care for guests. The Moroccan Family Suite is just a perfect choice for a family of 5! The room is clean, spacious and open to outside views especially the rice field and greenery. My kids and my wife love everything of the resort - done with care and love! We will definitely come more often.
Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service
Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city.
The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out.
That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.
This hotel is very nice. The environment is quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities provided are very good. I really enjoyed my stay here.
If I travel to Kampot again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
Thank you for your good service.
Took a couple friends with me. We all loved the environment and ambiance. Being able to have private access to the beach was amazing and I'd go stay here again. It also looks like if you wanted to come for the day you can pay $5 (20,000 riel) per person for the day. We only had limited time so we weren't able to enjoy everything there is to do here.
Looks nice, but....Walls paper thin, can hear everything in the room next door. About 20 seconds of hot water in the shower. The pool bottom was covered in slime. They don't have change at the front desk if you need for Grab. The hotel doesn't have food and there's none nearby. Bed was comfortable
A seaside hotel offers an unforgettable experience for those seeking relaxation and adventure by the water. With rooms that provide stunning views of the ocean, guests can wake up to the sound of crashing waves and a breathtaking sunrise. Whether lounging on the balcony with a refreshing drink or enjoying a meal at the beachfront restaurant, the atmosphere is calming and scenic. The hotel often features direct beach access, allowing visitors to swim, sunbathe, or enjoy various water sports. For those who prefer to stay indoors, luxurious amenities like spa services, infinity pools, and well-appointed rooms ensure ultimate comfort. Additionally, many seaside hotels offer a range of activities, from boat tours to coastal hikes, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure. Whether it's a romantic getaway or a family vacation, a seaside hotel guarantees a memorable escape to nature's beauty.
I have booked for mountain view rooms, for a family of five (two double beds in one room and one double bed in one room). The reason booking this room is when I booked two rooms last time, and asked for extra bed, there was no proper extra bed/not even a proper blanket for extra bed even though they charge for the extra bed.
Plus points: Room two spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful.
What I didnt like: the coffee mix only (+) for 4 persons and slippers only 2 pairs for 6 pax room. And only one bathroom/toilet for 6 pax is also not very much convenient. The contruction (+) just beside our room (but believe there may not be for our next time visit).
But overall, we really love the place, the room, the space and cleanliness. I will come stay again. 😊

The room was nice and clean, and we were very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay more enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The facilities are exceptional — from the stunning swimming pool and the spacious, flower-filled yard with fruit trees, to the well-equipped gym and charming restaurant that serves delicious foods whole day. The outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, I’d like to mention one of staff Saly, who greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. He even connected us with a friendly and English-speaking Khmer tuk-tuk driver who took us on a fantastic private day tour to five major landmarks at a very reasonable price. They helped us to book tickets to Phnom Penh and to use their motorcycle to the downtown. I’ve uploaded plenty of photos to capture the beauty of this resort — it truly leaves a lasting impression.

Great, it was cool to have private pool, nice and friendly guy at thw reception! It is quite out of the town, not 1 km, more like 4, bit that's why you feel like out of the world peace. All in all great fpr a few days!
Absolutely love this little gem of a hotel .. so much so, I extended my stay and would’ve stayed longer but my 30 days in Cambodia were drawing a close! The hotel is slightly out of town but I enjoyed the walk in and got a tuk tuk back at night which cost a couple of dollars. There is a free tuk tuk supplied by the hotel to get you into town if you didn’t want to walk. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The shower was fabulous and the bed very comfy. I loved the pool area too .. comfy sunbeds and never a problem getting one! The staff are wonderful .. always friendly and helpful .. if I come back to Kampot, I would definitely love to return here for longer. Thank you!
The Safari Resort is a perfect place for a weekend away from the city. Its location at the border of Mlech lake surrounded by hills guarantees a wonderful setting. The bungalows are nicely designed and beautifully decorated and furnished. The bed is very comfy. The bathroom is spacious. Friendly welcome and friendly service. The food at the restaurant is tasty. Breakfast has Asian options. Kayaks and a boat trip are available. Pet friendly. It's a huge advantage when your dog is welcome! The location is slightly different from Google maps. Just continue a few 100 meters along the same little road. Certainly recommended.
The resort is a charm place for relaxing (like its name) Stuffs are very friendly and helpful. The food in their restaurant is exceptionally delicious.
