Love. Love. Love this hotel. It is as grandeur as it is promised to be. Loved the Sai Aou from the hotel restaurant. Will consider staying here again should we revisit pakse. There is a lovely view of the river at the back of the hotel which makes it more special.

The hotel is located in a absolutely dreamy landscape – who is looking for quiet and relaxation will find his paradise here. It is the perfect place to turn off in between nature and quiet. But whoever seeks more action, should bear in mind that without a mobile subset, it is something away – for me personally was exactly the ideal. The house is designed with incredibly much love to the detail, from the stylish interior to the small things that show how much you look at the guests here. It has made me particularly impressed that even before each room there is a rain screen – I fortunately didn't need, but it shows how well everything is. The staff is warm, attentive and simply wonderful – you feel welcome immediately and best relieved. I've been in countless hotels around the world, but this is definitely one of the best I've ever visited.

Lovely resort in Pakse which faces the Mekong river so there is a lovely view and breeze! The staff were amazing from the cleaners to the receptionists. I'm sure this resort will get very popular soon as it is a hidden gem. I stayed over Christmas and was able to have the receptionists help me book activities during my stay. I would recommend booking their taxi service from the airport as there are no local taxis available.

This was my first stay, and I felt great. I slept comfortably. Everything was complete, and I was impressed. The laundry service was excellent; my clothes smelled wonderful..👍👍

Rooms are spacious and clean. The bedding is not wet, it is soft and soft. The hotel is quiet and friendly. Wi-Fi works. I booked for two people and one more came, and the extra one was $20 per night (including breakfast). Breakfast has two fruits and bread, jam, butter, and a few menus that can be ordered. Among them, I had delicious rice noodles. Water pressure is ok, toilet is clean too. I wish there were a little more hangers. Parking is free. You need a car to go anywhere around.

An extremely emotionally & physically warm & peaceful relaxing environment with friendly happy & smiling employees offering everything I could need on site, despite the small amounts of unnecessary stress caused only via other visitor's lack of respect towards me instigated in such trivial ways that the build up of them led to the type of agitated state of mind I arrived here in & was hoping to avoid!! ✌😇👌

Service was good, but some confusion with food orders. Food is good, but expensive for what you get. Hot shower kept triggering the breaker, so you got maybe 3 minutes of hot water, and then had to wait to reset it (no idea if this was the case in all rooms). Overall the location makes up for most of that. It's a very peaceful location.

Such a lovely hotel! The atmosphere is great, it's very clean, and the staff are wonderful. It's located right in the city center, which is super convenient. You really feel like you're on a true getaway; just being at the hotel melts all your stress away. My only minor complaint is that breakfast isn't included in the room rate. I do think the room price is a bit on the higher side, but it's not a deal-breaker. You can always order à la carte, or there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was clean, and the location was great—close to the market. The view was stunning!
