Amazing service - clean facilities- staff helpful - just amazing overall stay - food was amazing at the restaurant- was staying during afcon and even with the hustle and bustle of the hotel being a host for a football club . The hotel was exceptionally amazing - walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants

What made me very unhappy was that on the first morning, I knew that the B&B did not include breakfast, so I had already walked to the street when I ran into the boss, who stopped me and asked me why I didn't have breakfast, ”It's included”. Confirm it's included again and again, and then go back to the B&B for breakfast. As a result, when I left the store, I received an additional bill of 100 dirhams. The boss said it was your breakfast. Isn't the question repeatedly confirmed included? The boss began to use sign language to excuse him from not knowing English, and used Google to translate it into his language, and began to pretend that he was illiterate and unable to read. Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

The homestay is in the old city, it is relatively deep, and some are not easy to find, especially we arrived at night. No one in the small alley is a cat, but I panic. Entering the homestay, it is a traditional North African residence with a large patio, very unique, the room is very quiet, there is a unique flavor of Arabic spices. Especially recommended is the local special breakfast prepared by the boss and the proprietress. Dining on the roof terrace is really an exotic style, the overall recommendation!

特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。 民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了 早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。 服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。 還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。

Riad is on the edge of Medina, go from the busy tourist part of the minutes 25-30. In the evening it is better not to walk, maybe it is not safe. The room was big with a good bed. Breakfast was mostly made of sweets and baking but it was delicious. The staff was friendly.

The courtyard is quite beautiful, the breakfast is quite rich, the reception is very warm and it is a perfect and enjoyable stay. It is a 5-minute walk from the Blue Gate and a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to Chefchaouen. Oh, the scenery that the roof garden looks out is beautiful. Fine snacks and postcards were also given when leaving the store.

This riad was excellent in every way. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who truly deserves 100 out of 100. He was extremely patient, gentle, and professional, and always willing to help. He gave us many useful and practical recommendations about the city, restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again.

The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the terrace overlooked the panoramic view of the old city of Fez. Director Lin also recommended a super authentic tagine restaurant near the hotel, which was much better than the Internet celebrity restaurant! The hotel service is also very considerate. The front desk is fluent in English and helped arrange airport pick-up and local SPA. You must try the mint tea and honey pancakes for breakfast!
