Extremely satisfied! The location is convenient and it's a huge plus that they have a Chinese chef. It felt just like home, very comfortable. The front desk service was also excellent.

Excellent! All three meals were delicious. The laundry service was especially convenient; they even ironed my clothes and delivered them to my door. The staff's service attitude was great. The room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped. The only minor issue was the toilet seat being a bit wobbly.

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

The room is large! The garden downstairs is beautiful! The owner and his wife enthusiastically introduced many local friends to us! A great choice for business trips to understand the local market

The biggest highlight: the food is delicious, the chef is a fellow in Luoyang, and the cooking is good. The Chinese people live, the service is very good, there is someone to pick up the suitcase at the door, directly to the room, not to give it. The boss is also enthusiastic, everything I want to know is knowing Anyway, especially good

Great customer service. Loved our stay which had the best breakfast which had a variety of options. Only issue was the dirty water in the swimming pool that caused a harsh skin reaction. But overall, would highly recommend.

Came here for a week on a business trip and felt great! This is a newly opened hotel, the room is very clean, the equipment inside is also very complete, the sofa is very comfortable. The hotel staff are also very nice, there is something to ask them for help, they can solve it very well, the service is very good!
