I book this hotel for my ABC hiking trip The reception and general manager was so friendly They do provided airport transfer service so convenient !!! And must try their food very nice

The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the square, and the breakfast is very good. There is no air conditioning in the entire hotel, please note. When I made a reservation on Ctrip, I saw that the payment method was credit card. In the end, the front desk said that I could only pay in cash, so I contacted Ctrip. Throughout the process, Ctrip customer service said that the agent would contact the hotel. No one answered the phone at the hotel front desk, so I sat at the front desk the whole time. I asked for the hotel phone number and sent it to Ctrip. Ctrip said that the agent would Shang said no one answered, and the front desk clerk was scrolling through Tik Tok the entire time. I negotiated with the hotel and checked in the next day before paying. During this period, I contacted Ctrip but the agent was still unable to contact the hotel. Later, I communicated with the hotel man by myself and took me to another hotel on a motorcycle, swiped my card and paid the room fee. I reported to Ctrip, and Ctrip said that I would be refunded 150 yuan. The above situation is true. I'm just stating the facts. The hotel is good, recommended to stay.

We were too early for check in but they went above and beyond just to check us in early. Very grateful for that. Great stay. A slipper and a robe would be preferred for a boutique hotel but very worth the price.

The hotel's location is super convenient for dining and shopping, with a bustling commercial area nearby that includes supermarkets, fruit stores, and pharmacies. The breakfast offers a good variety too. They also offer a handy service for booking travel arrangements all over Nepal.

The hotel owner was very kind and arranged airport pick-up and drop-off. The hotel service was excellent, the receptionist was very helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. I felt very safe staying here. Anyone visiting Nepal should definitely try this place; I highly recommend it. They even had a raffle on Christmas Eve, and I won a free foot massage! ❤️

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from Kathmandu International Airport, a 15-minute taxi ride if traffic is not heavy. Every staff member was incredibly nice and friendly, treating guests with great hospitality. Their genuine smiles were truly touching and memorable. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are small but comfortable. The Nepali breakfast was delicious. The gym and swimming pool are spacious. Overall, I had a wonderful trip.

We had a pleasant 5 night stay in Skye Inn. The hotel provided free pickup from the airport. The staff were very friendly. The daily buffet breakfast was tasty with some changes in the menu every day. Masala tea could be ordered for breakfast and it tasted well. The hotel was right in the middle of Thamel and we could just explore the area freely on foot. The director of the hotel, Mr Dinanath Panta, arranged a 3 day private excursion of Kathmandu for us with a guide and driver using a 6 seater van of the hotel at reasonable price. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if we were to come back to Kathmandu.

Had a wonderful stay in Thame Kathmandu. The staff were attentive and helpful. Loved the nice view from the rooftop restaurant. The services I had, were more than what I paid for.
