Guest UserThe staff here is incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. They offer free luggage storage and drop-off services at the airport. Even when I was about to take off, they wished me good luck with a small scarf. I highly recommend staying here. I think I’ll be staying here again when I travel to Kathmandu next time.

Guest UserI had the most wonderful experience at Lo Mustang in November 2024. I came to Nepal for a wedding and Anisha at the front desk went above and beyond. Customer service was 10/10. I got recommendations for tailoring, jewelry, dry cleaning, and local dresses with transportation. Deepika, front desk manager, was fantastic always making sure my needs were being met and that my stay was comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect location with great amenities. I initially chose this spot because of the beautiful traditional decor. It was beautiful in person with murals on each floor. Breakfast is fantastic with a roof top view. I booked a second time on my way back home because it was so great. I traveled solo and left with new friends.

This hotel is an experience on its own! If you want to live in ancient like place with clay bricks and wood carvings.. this is the place! Food is very delicious! And of course friendly and helpful staff.
But note that there is no AC, no amenities besides soap and toilet paper. This is part of eco conception of this hotel.

KISMATHThe hotel location is excellent, fantastic breakfast,staff cooperation everywhere was excellent.
This hotel is not a four star hotel according to the Nepal hospitality...it clearly shows it's a three star hotel and all the facilities are related to three star or below.
The rooms are small,if staying with a couple or with a girlfriend is fine but if it's staying with two individuals it is very difficult moving and keeping the baggage, and other things.
The windows are fixed and can't open.
I will say again that the staff were fantastic.

Smack in the heart of Thamel. Great retreat in the mayhem of it all. Awesome room and service. A few loud bars in the area but they close early, a little later on the weekend. Bed and hot water awesome. Has cable T.V. to watch movies or catch up with what's going on in the world. Worth the money you pay to stay at this place

karen sweeWe had a very very pleasant stay at Tulsi Kathmandu. Gave it a try since it's new and booked at a really good price. Room and toilets were very huge and clean. The food were superb and the ambience everywhere were warm and cosy.
Special thank you to the hotel staff, Chhabi for changing the room for us so it's side by side. He is also super friendly, followed by the security guards and other restraunt staff as well.
Will definitely come back again. Dhanyabad :)m

Guest UserI saw recommendations for this hotel on Xiaohongshu, saying the owner speaks Chinese and is very nice, so I booked it on Ctrip. I decided to try adding the owner on WeChat. We started communicating even before departure, and he gave us great advice and promptly answered our questions. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were even more pleasantly surprised! The owner is young, handsome, thoughtful, and speaks excellent Chinese. Although the hotel isn't large, it's very cozy, clean, and tidy. The Sichuan food was especially delicious, and all the staff were very nice – from the security guard at the entrance, the driver, to the front desk ladies and gentlemen, everyone was wonderful. The best part is that the owner can arrange tours throughout Nepal. If you want to visit other cities like Chitwan or Pokhara, just reach out to him. He takes care of everything from car rentals to hotel bookings, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

A great hotel in the heart of the Thamel district. Both the rooms and common areas are decorated in a national style, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The panoramic restaurant on the 7th floor is fantastic – delicious food with a diverse breakfast buffet and an extensive menu for other meals, including both local and European dishes. The hotel also has a very good spa, though it doesn't operate late into the evening. The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable.

T-travelsGreat hotel near Boudhanath Stupa! It's easy to reach from the airport, and the breakfast is great. The staff are incredibly attentive and always happy to help. A nice bonus—they offer yoga sessions every morning to start the day off right. Also, great views from the higher floors!
