Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

Great hotel, very comfortable. The service was excellent, especially José Antonio from the reception was very helpful and that made my stay so good. He recommended some tours and helped me with tour and restaurant reservations and transportation as well. He also took his time to explain to me how to get around in the city. I was really grateful for all the good service I received at the hotel and especially from José Antonio. I highly recommend it, they were excellent days at the Dazzler

Lovely modern hotel. good breakfast. Nice pool area for relaxing.The gym and breakfast were really good. Many things in Miraflores are within walking distance. The staff was amazing. Very helpful with suggesting great restaurants based on our needs. Excellent value for money, great facilties, and lovely hotel.

Staff very kind and friendly at the desk front and in the restaurant, delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options, very comfortable rooms even if you got the interior view. I assisted to the dinner with live music and it was a great experience.

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

A beautiful hotel I can only recommend it, the staff very friendly. Rooms very clean, very beautiful and quiet. Rooms with safe and a refrigerator. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, the bus is not far and also good restaurants in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is the best choice.

Enjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

Everything was very good, good service and attention, the room was very clean. The best thing was the breakfast, very very delicious. The only problem is that the room cards always go bad, I stayed for a week and almost every day I had to ask to change my card because it stopped working.

The location of the hotel is good, and when you go out, turn right to the bar street. The rooms are not big and the facilities are a bit old, but they are relatively hygienic. The price/performance ratio is okay.

We arrived at 6:30am. The woman working the front desk wasn’t welcoming nor helpful. Luckily it was the end of her shift and she was replaced by the fantastic Samantha. Samantha made our stay awesome. She acknowledged my Marriott Bonvoy status, gave me my amenities options and proactively offered me my late checkout guaranteed benefit. Anyone with status knows that’s unfortunately rarely done now. You normally have to beg to get that “guaranteed” benefit so I’m really impressed with Samantha. I wished all front desk agents were as welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly as her. Since we arrived early and technically couldn’t check in yet, she gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation as well. Our room was on the 12th floor, just below the rooftop bar/restaurant. They would have some music at night (stops at 1am on Friday). We didn’t mind as we were tired and slept, but it might be an issue for some light sleepers. Recommend something below 10 to avoid the noise. The room was spacious and clean. The location was across a nice park and also quiet. It’s not on the busier parts of Miraflores, so aside from the noise from the bar, it was quiet and peaceful. The gym is a decent size. We checked out and Samantha was at the front desk again. She remembered it was my husband’s birthday. Again, she’s amazing. She made our stay there memorable.

The AC Marriott Hotel in Miraflores was one of my best international hotel experiences so far. The staff were all extremely friendly and helped me with multiple different things — updating my keys, late check-in, restaurant recommendations, laundry services, room requests, etc. I stayed for 7 days and felt extremely well taken care of. The views of the ocean from the AC Hotel were great — from the both the rooftop and the 2nd floor lounge. I used all of the amenities at this location — the Breakfast Kitchen (morning buffets), the AC Lounge/Bar, the rooftop bar/kitchen, and the rooftop gym. My favorite out of all of them had to be the breakfast experience. I loved the furniture and styling of the entire hotel, and the beds/pillows were perfect for me (medium-firm). Special thank you to the Front Desk concierge staff that helped me during my stay: Diego, Anthony, and Analucia. Breakfast was amazing - so many farm to market varieties. My favorites were the fresh house-made yogurt, fresh juices (pineapple was my favorite), and the rotating traditional breakfast items. Thank you to to the following breakfast staff members that recommended items and took care of my meals every morning: Alex Quiroz, Esther, and John My other favorite amenity was the AC Lounge (and rooftop bar). A wonderful area to sit and be taken care of — coffee, water, and great seating options as well in the work area. Never had an issue finding a spot to sit and work at, or a spot to lounge and relax at. Big thank you to Christian from the Bar for taking care of me at both the AC lounge and the rooftop bars and helping me understand the Peruvian versions of vodka+sprite and rum+coke. I fell in love with Lima during this trip and will be visiting again — I will definitely be booking my stay at the AC Marriott in Miraflores when I come to visit in the future!
