We had a wonderful stay at Seda, Nuvali. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was also very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Brought the family and they had a good first impression! They particularly loved the balcony view, the weather, and hotel’s accessibility to nearby restaurants and establishments. Not to mention that the hotel is pet-friendly so definitely a plus!

The room was spacious and has all basic amenities needed. There was some housekeeping issue but the staff were prompt to address it. Breakfast was included and was sufficient.

Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

The room was clean and smells good. Bath towels prepared and bedsheets were freshly changed. We had a beautiful view of fog in the morning too. The unit owner was responsive and Ms. Mylene (caretaker) assisted us to check in and made sure everything was working well. We had some issues with the slow internet but we were able to fix it. We recommend this unit for your staycation. My sister and I enjoyed our stay. Will rebook again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kimberly a lot! The experience was truly fun-filled, especially for families. There were so many enjoyable activities such as the Merry Market, movie night, scavenger hunt, feeding the animals, and the bonfire, which made our stay extra special. The playgrounds were also a big hit and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids had fun. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

My room was plenty big, the bed was too hard for my complete enjoyment. They really needed to change the shower head as it was dirty and old. They don’t have a gym as was advertised but they have a sister hotel 5 minutes away where you can use its gym and pool. The front desk people were not all that friendly but not rude either. Good breakfast but limited.

We did a day pass on a weekend and decided fo book 2 rooms the following week. Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We were told of our room numbers but only given 1 key as the other room was being fixed yet. Then when we made a follow up, we are being given a different room, which is far from the type of room we booked. We said we are willing to wait for the room that was assigned to us but, the receptionist keep on insisting a different room that’s either different room type or far from the other room we had. We repeatedly ask the reason why the supposedly room is not available however, the receptionist is not giving us proper answer. I asked if the current guest occupying the room extended their stay she said no. So then we said again that we are willing to wait to have it fixed as the room are convenient for us family as we were with a PWD. Only then she agreed. Then as we left, she run towards us saying our room is now available and ready. We didn’t go up the room yet as the children were excited to swim. We went up the room around 6-7pm and to our surprise, the delayed room was so dirty. Oil stained bedsheets. Hairs all over the floor and crumpled beddings. You know that the bedding were not changed and just folded back. The housekeeping supervisor cane to the room with us to see it personally. They offered different rooms but we decided to just let them clean the room. They changed all the beddings then. Said they are going to investigate and give us an explanation before we check out the next day but, we never heard anything from them. The place were ok. However, everything is like an add on. The inflatables, you need to pay separately. 499 per person for 2hrs. Food are expensive. They have like stalls of food by the beach and prices were x2. They have a fun room, usually come with the booking but, lucky us, it was not free anymore. They do not allow savory foods but snacks are allowed. Breakfast? It was ok but for the price of 600 per person? Not really. If the breakfast is not included in your booking, better to eat out. Not worth the 600. Overall, expensive stay but not worth the money.

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

I stayed at this hotel with my 2 kids to unwind and keep them entertained, and it was a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The pool was well maintained and clean, which my kids loved. In-room service was excellent - special shoutout to Kenneth, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping when the kids wanted ice cream. Breakfast was enjoyable and good, though the waffle was a bit hard. The parking attendant and shuttle driver were both accommodating, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, this is one of the friendliest hotels we've ever visited, and we would definitely recommend it for families. The only downside was that the room was not soundproof, so we could hear some noise from other room.

We felt so welcomed by the accommodating staff, and every detail—from the rooms to the service—made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Amazing
The facilities and amenities at the hotel were great. The hotel itself was clean and looked brand new, which was definitely a plus. The staff who assisted us to our room and the team at Kuna Cafe, where we had breakfast, were both friendly and helpful, making those experiences enjoyable. However, the reception staff left much to be desired. Despite being the only guests in the lobby during our check in time, we were left waiting for an extended period, and the hospitality skills seemed lacking. Our frustration grew later in the evening when we called reception to inquire about reheating some food. We wanted to know if there was a microwave available and whether we could use it, but no one followed up with an answer. This delay left us having to go out at 10pm to buy food for our hungry child, which was very disappointing. It’s clear that the reception could greatly improve their customer service and communication skills. Overall, while the hotel itself was pleasant, the reception and customer service experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the facilities. 05/01/25. The Bayleaf Cavite For the Labor Day Holidy, we decided to visit my Uni's museum in the Cavite campus and do a staycation as well. GOOD: 1. Would like to thank Ms. Rem Sampao FO Manager, for extending utmost assistance to our check-in request. The housekeeping team, B8 bar crew and Door Guards were warm and service oriented. Salute👍🏽! 2. The Atrium were breakfast was served was elegantly designed. The food spread was wide enough for the price range to fill up guests for the day ahead. Their Interns were quick to serve too. 3. The crown jewel of The Bayleaf is their large free form resort pool and open space around it. Very relaxing and big enough for guests not to feel crowded. 4. Rooms were equipped with the basics for a comfortable stay. COULD BE MPROVED: 1. They should have upgraded their TVs by now to Internet TVs. 2. Please consider adapting to more environmentally friendly Pitchers or Carafes inside the room with water dispensers per floor. Will return to see if they consider my suggestions.
