Everyone is nice. But staff needs to know more about the area and places that we asked they have no clue.
Linens and towels needs to be replaced when the color is almost brown instead of white. Its a very old hotel We had to call to replaced our pillows because its smells like old sweat. We were so excited that its beach front not until they told us the water is not recommended for swimming. We had to go to another island and pay. We were disappointed with that.Breakfast buffet is good.
It was a really a nice stay in this hotel and it has a bridge connected to the mall that can be accessed in the 2nd floor just next to the elevator. The bridge has a nice view facing the mountain. The corridors are spacious and great interior design. The room is cozy with it’s king size bed.
At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay
As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.
Room is cleaned every day. Toiletries and bottled water replenished daily. Bfast is satisfactory. Rooftop resto is a plus. Staff - very friendly and helpful.
There is no microwave to heat food.
You can’t bring pomelo to your room due to sanitary policies.
Lobby is under renovation but it’s ok.
Stayed at Dusit Thani Residence Davao for a recent business trip, and it exceeded expectations. The location is very convenient—close to the airport, which is perfect for tight schedules.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped for work, with a comfortable desk setup and reliable Wi-Fi. The environment is quiet, making it easy to focus or rest after a long day of meetings.
Service is excellent—staff are professional, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, are great for unwinding after work.
Overall, a solid choice for business travelers looking for comfort, efficiency, and top-notch service in Davao. Highly recommended.
The location is very good and convenient for travelers. However, the price is quite high considering that breakfast is not included. Overall, it’s a comfortable place but could offer better value for the cost.
I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt organized and guest-friendly. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes.
Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Davao who’s looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.
The hotel is big and the lobby is grand, however it needs updating the rooms amenities are bit old fashioned, a hotel needs to have a hairdryer& iron phone connectivity is poor though the staff and services were good
Lovely place this is are second time there. This time we book the 1 bedroom villa. Lovely place very spacious with a pool. My only concern was the pool and the tiles surrounding the pool when got wet was very slippery and I myself fell backwards into the pool while standing fine. Not very safe for children. Something to be aware off. I do love my stay there very relaxed atmosphere. It would be nice to get food all day at anytime but breakfast is from 7 till 12 then lunch after that. So if you had early breakfast you would have to wait till after 12 for lunch. I would recommend this place to relax and unwind lovely beach and very helpful staff.

GGuest UserIf you are early before 2pm they won't allow you to enter the hotel. we tried to enter 3 times because we arrived early but they are strict to follow their check in time. good location because it is near the mall and other places to visit. they need to improve their customer service. My kids are excited for the swimming pool because they see it on the post of the hotel that they have it but when we ask for where the pool is to go for swimming they say it's not available and said under maintenance. We don't know if they don't like us to use it because we saw the pool and it's ok. They are disappointed. Check in again probably not? maybe if they improve their service. Need to maintain also the facilities and amenities.

GGuest UserWe booked the honeymoon suite thinking we can use the jacuzzi but upon check-in, the jacuzzi was not even cleaned and not ready for use. The room was so spacious though, it can accomodate 4 people.
