Firs time stayed in this hotel and honestly it’s 10 on 10 . Amazing location and great atmosphere.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for over 1 week. I previously stayed at places like the Hilton, Mariott (for work) so initially I was abit apprehensive at booking but now am glad I took the plunge. If you set, the location of the appartment aside (it's about a 5 minute ride away from things to do) - the hospitality I received was exceptional. Specifically, I want to call out Muhammed Umair and Ghulam Kamber. These 2 have excellent front office skills and understand how to deal with guests (without wasting time) . Given I hadn't stayed in the area before, I had lots of little bits and bobs i needed to get done (and so did the wife). Both are professional, curteous and extremely attentive. There were a few times where they helped to book rides , order non hotel food , help to check-in/out and also they acted as really helpful travel companions. Thankyou for also dealing with our night cravings and late breakfast requests.

While the hotel’s location is commendable, the service quality falls short. Upon booking a two-day stay, I encountered a recurring issue: the absence of towels during check-in. Despite multiple calls to the hotel staff, the response was consistently the same: towels would be delivered within one hour.

Very good, reasonably priced. For 75 RMB, you can enjoy a wide variety of buffet dishes. It's really amazing! The Baoan guy is very responsible. It's a really good hotel. He is very honest. I later went to the Marriott in Islamabad and it was really not as good. It's not as good as this hotel!

Dear Hotel Management !!! Can't praise this hotel highly enough - they are really amazing The staff at reception in particular have the best customer service skills I have experienced in Pakistan - feels like being in a western hotel. I wished I remembered his name but the man who checked me in and checked me out was extremely professional with fantastic customer service skills. Reception management should find out who he is and give him a pay rise. God bless you man

Very new place and love the stay there! The staff is amazing

Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort is an excellent hotel for family and business. Staff is very cooperative and polite with professional service. But aramada should provide complimentary clothes ironing services to all guests. I stayed there from 7th May to 9th May, but they charged me PKR 1,880 for ironing just one dress.

Everything was good even reception and night bell boy very nice also security supervisor I forget the name very helpful thank you 😊

This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

Every thing was brilliant and value for money, I am staying again at same hotel next month and booked my wedding function on Sunday 2nd July 2023!
