The room was good, just a standard twin. There's a bellhop on the first floor to help with luggage, which is nice, but the front desk being on the fourth floor is a bit inconvenient. The room was quiet and soundproofed well, though the air conditioning was a little noisy, even if it worked perfectly. Housekeeping was good too, with daily service. Just a heads-up: laundry service is only available before 10 AM, and clothes are returned by 7 PM. If you drop off laundry between 10 AM and 12 PM, there's a 50% surcharge, and after 12 PM, it's 100%.

Every thing was brilliant and value for money, I am staying again at same hotel next month and booked my wedding function on Sunday 2nd July 2023!

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for over 1 week. I previously stayed at places like the Hilton, Mariott (for work) so initially I was abit apprehensive at booking but now am glad I took the plunge. If you set, the location of the appartment aside (it's about a 5 minute ride away from things to do) - the hospitality I received was exceptional. Specifically, I want to call out Muhammed Umair and Ghulam Kamber. These 2 have excellent front office skills and understand how to deal with guests (without wasting time) . Given I hadn't stayed in the area before, I had lots of little bits and bobs i needed to get done (and so did the wife). Both are professional, curteous and extremely attentive. There were a few times where they helped to book rides , order non hotel food , help to check-in/out and also they acted as really helpful travel companions. Thankyou for also dealing with our night cravings and late breakfast requests.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Outstanding Reception Team I would like to sincerely appreciate the hotel reception team, especially M. Bin Zafar, Fazal Habib Khan, and Zafir Zubair. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. What stood out most was how thoughtful and full of care they were. They went out of their way to assist us, accommodate our requests, and make sure everything was taken care of. Their attitude and willingness to help truly made our experience much more pleasant. A big thank you to all three of them for their excellent hospitality. They are a real asset to the hotel, and their service deserves recognition. Highly recommended!

It’s OK in Lahore. Other aspects are generally the same. But the diet is not bad!

Pretty much spot on. Location isn’t bad but it’s not amazing either. But it’s perfect for everything else. Great team, simple check in and check out and everyone was really nice. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Good air con in the room and a very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

The service is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. There's a mosque right in front, so it can be a bit noisy during morning prayers at 5:30 AM.

The room was nice. Amenities: They were pretty good. The bathroom and guest room even had a sound system so I could listen to music while showering, haha. Cleanliness: The cleanliness met the standard for this type of hotel. Service: The service was good, and the barbecue upstairs was delicious.
