AAnonymous Guest UserLocated in the middle of the Old City. The reception clerk is kind and helpful. The room is basically good, but the kettle in the room was very dirty and obviously not cleaned. The faucet shape in the room is weird and too stiff to give out water, and the shower switch is faulty and sometimes doesn't respond. The elevator stopped working suddenly in the morning. The facility looks like a typically mismanaged American hotel rather than Polish one, which honestly I didn't like. Polish old classical hotels have better services and facilities with cheaper price.

AAnonymous Guest UserLocated near the bridge to the Old Town and Bus Terminal. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast is excellent for the price range. Water server machine is available in the hallway. The receptionists and clerks are kind and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the room were empty and the sound proof is weak and I always heard the heavy banging noise of closing doors from other rooms, even after 23:00.

MManuelIt’s an amazing place and the service is great. But the tram line was right under my window and every time the tram passed by my room would literally shake! Of course it woke me up early in the morning. It is really a shame because the rest of it is perfect.

Originally, I expected to go to the hotel to put my luggage first, but the service staff immediately helped me sort out the room and allowed me to check in early.

MM292898****This is an apartment, not a hotel. Although it is open, spacious and beautiful, it can't stop what I have to complain about.
Self-check-in may face major problems:
From 8 am to 4 pm, the front desk is working hours. If you can't check in during someone's time period, you can apply for your room card by yourself at the self-service machine next to the front desk.
The confirmation letter sent by the hotel has a confirmation code. After entering it on the machine, follow the guidelines and keep operating. The first time the machine spit out four room cards for me, I couldn't open the room door at all. The second time I re-operated, the machine came out eight room cards for me, and each one was invalid. Then the customer service operated remotely, changed the room, and the machine spit three cards again, which was still invalid. Finally, I waited until the manual, and used his card for me before successfully checking in.
The whole process was still a Polish couple who helped me keep calling the customer service and communicated. It took nearly an hour to get it done.
Among them, his wife works in this building, and it is also said that some people often encounter difficulties checking in.
If it is not without their help, it is difficult. When they say that they call the customer service, they don't hear the English guidance. They are all Polish. They don't understand Polish. They don't know which key to transfer to the manual customer service.
Later, the staff sent me a new room card and apologized to me. I said that the problem was very serious, and it took so long to delay the couple and the mood was very bad. The staff said that they could help me provide free breakfast. I had bought breakfast in advance and asked them to discount as compensation. They said there was no compensation. Maybe next time you book, you can apply for a discount.
No more, I will never book this apartment again.
Checkout at 11 am and put the line in the hotel, but they went to work until four o'clock. I said that I might have to come back to pick up my luggage at five or six o'clock. Is there any other solution to solve it? They put my luggage in another room alone, left me a phone number, called them when they came back to pick up the luggage, and they opened the door remotely. Back to the hotel at five o'clock, the door was open, I saw the computer bag was opened, and when I checked, the computer was still there.
If you cannot check in and leave during their working hours, please choose carefully.

Breakfast gave me a big surprise, from traditional European cuisine to local specialties, everything, fresh ingredients, exquisite cooking skills, every mouthful is enjoyed. Although the room is some years old, it is warmly furnished and has a unique charm. The key is that the hotel is uniquely located and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It is easy to get it whether it is to go to popular attractions or find local food. The staff is warm, caring and thoughtful. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective, it is an ideal choice for tourism or business travel in Torren, and I will definitely stay here next time!
