On the positive side, the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that made mornings a real treat.
Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all.
I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and told the front desk I'd check out an hour late. The next morning, the front desk called to remind me that I still had a few things to pack and was about to leave when the housekeeper started banging on the door and even tried to enter with a key. This is the first time I've encountered this in all my years of staying in hotels. There are several flights of stairs leading up and down, and I was carrying a 30kg suitcase all by myself; no one offered to help, and there was no elevator. Finally, a young woman at the front desk couldn't bear to see me like this and helped me with another suitcase. The young woman was kind, but the hotel service was terrible. The cleaning was so-so by European standards, and the bed was so soft I couldn't even sit up straight. Oh well.
The location is great, and I really appreciated having a microwave, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. It would have been perfect with a frying pan, but overall, it's a very well-equipped and good place to stay. The high ceilings make it feel spacious and airy. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, and I wish there was an elevator. A small sofa table would have also been a nice touch. There's no noise from upstairs, downstairs, or next door, but because of the gap under the door, you can hear people talking outside quite clearly.
1891 Hotel Garni had everything we required for our trip to Krakow. On the doorstep of all that the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierze) has to offer and a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town.
Lovely modern and fresh hotel. Rooms are of a good size and standard. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

A beautiful hotel. We booked a family room, but it was quite small for our family of four. The location is far from the city and the main train station, and even the nearest bus stop is about 700 meters away. We also couldn’t find any restaurants near the hotel. Overall, it’s not a very convenient location.
The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
The room was upgraded compared to when I stayed there 2024, and the breakfast selection was also improved, with a wider variety of dishes. I had dinner on March 8th; the lady paid, and I received a 12% discount. The food was quite refined. The location is good, close to the station and shopping areas, and within walking distance of the old town.

安安娜堡的ojibsanThe location is very good, turn a corner into the square center. Turning in the other direction to the Tram station is very convenient. But called Taxi, the car can't come in and must go to the Tram station to take a ride. The equipment of the house is very good and the room is bright. Although the restaurant and bar are downstairs, it does not affect sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's cooperation restaurant for breakfast. I didn't see the previous evaluation. Because the cafe is downstairs, brunch is provided, which is very convenient. The elevator is very satisfied, don't worry about the old house climbing stairs.

Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world.
Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow.

GGuest UserI had an amazing stay in Venetian house Kraków’s Market Square. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, easy access to all the city’s main attractions. Being able to step out and instantly explore the beautiful streets, historic landmarks, and charming cafes was a huge plus.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków. The combination of location, comfort, and top-notch service made it an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning!

The room facilities are very good, our room is on the fifth floor, there is always a sound on the top floor at night, but fortunately there is no night. Breakfast food such as Samsung Hotel, hot dishes are also less variety, there are two languages Bowen and English without photos, too inconvenient.
