I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit.
I would also like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, everything met and exceeded my expectations, and I felt well cared for during my time at your hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to Elephant Rock and also near Winter Park, which is a tour pick-up point. However, getting from the room to the reception, pool, restaurant, spa, and fitness center requires a bit of a walk. Golf carts are available but often take a while to arrive. The shower was broken but was promptly fixed. Breakfast was delicious.

AAKKI RAHMANComfortable room. Clean and well maintained, Its located at a good location with plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, and no more than 10 minutes drive to many attractions, The hotel breakfast has a decent spread and tastes pretty good. Overall Good Experience.

GGuest UserCheck in was flawless, we were greeted with drinks and checked in with our luggage making its way to our room very swiftly. We were given a fruit bowl which we weren’t expecting and the room for four beds was large, clean and spacious. We had a wonderful view of the main road. Staff were professional and friendly. Any housekeeping requirements were handled well. They left ample of mineral water bottles in the room for us as well. The breakfast had a large selection of food and drinks. The location is perfect for visiting Masjid e Nabawi and local retail shops, shopping centre and food outlets. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful and the reception staff are wonderful, but it lacks two things. Firstly, the air conditioning needs to be changed. It's a split unit, not central, and it's quite noisy in the room. Secondly, the smoke detector needs to be replaced. Its flashing light is very annoying when the lights are off, especially since it's directly above the bed, making it hard to sleep well – it's like someone is constantly flashing a light in your eyes.
My final and most important observation concerns the buffet, specifically the person preparing breakfast items like fried eggs. His attitude is bad, and his demeanor is even worse. When I asked him to make me eggs, he ignored me and treated me as if the eggs were coming out of his own pocket. It took me asking him more than twice before he finally made them, and he did it very begrudgingly.

GGuest UserWe had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful and friendly staff member, Z. She had the patience of a saint, was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us with all our questions, both inside and outside the hotel.
The hotel was very clean and pleasant. It's also very close to the mosque, especially the women's entrance, which is conveniently within walking distance.
