Guest UserWe had a wonderful and memorable stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah. This stay was especially meaningful to us as we got married in Madinah during our visit, making it a very special part of our journey together.
The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our experience even better.
We will always remember our stay here as part of such a beautiful chapter of our lives. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and families visiting Madinah.

Abida RahmanThe Pros: Unmatched Location & Heartwarming Service
Dream Location for Female Pilgrims: The absolute biggest selling point. It is less than a 3 to 4-minute walk to the women’s prayer area, with Gates 329 and 330 being the absolute closest.
Convenient Amenities Nearby: The Nusuk Center is right next door, and there is a children’s nursery within a 10-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for families.
Outstanding Housekeeping & Concierge: The service from the ground staff is exceptional. The Bangladeshi staff members are incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely wonderful people who elevate the stay.
Great Breakfast Experience: The breakfast team does a fantastic job. The live omelet station and the pancake/waffle station are definitive highlights.
Abundant Dining Options: You are completely spoiled for choice. The hotel is literally opposite Hardee's, KFC, and Karak Express. Al Tazaj is nearby, alongside great cafes like Brew 92 for high-quality coffee.
The Cons: Dated Infrastructure & Front Desk Friction
Aging & Faulty Bathrooms: While the hotel looks grand from the outside, the interior infrastructure is noticeably old. Even after changing rooms twice, the bathrooms had major design and maintenance issues:
Severe water leakage across the entire floor every time you shower (whether in a bathtub or regular shower setup), resulting in a constantly wet room.
Cramped layout where the commode is practically at the brink of the bathroom door, leaving almost no space.
Visible mold in the toilets.
Unhelpful Reception Staff: The front desk team lacks friendliness and clear communication.
Late Check-Out Hassles: Despite booking a guaranteed 6:00 PM late check-out via Trip.com, the hotel refused to fully honor it. It required tedious coordination with 3-4 different staff members just to get a slight extension past the standard 12:00 PM slot.
Final Thoughts
While Millennium hotels are generally convenient for airport access, the internal wear-and-tear here is tough to ignore. It remains a solid option solely for its proximity to the Holy Mosque, but at this premium price point, you can likely find newer, better-maintained properties in Madinah.

Guest UserLoved our stay in this hotel. The room was really nice and decent by Madinah standards, spacious and a fantastic view of the Haram shareef. You step out and in less than 60 seconds, you're inside the Haram. Amazing.
I have to point out the service levels at this hotel. Seriously, every single staff member was amazing. No request was too much for them. From extending our stay, late check out, if they could do it, they did. Absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again and again for sure.

The biggest advantages are its affordability and the convenience of being able to park right at your room door. There's a pool, but it's rarely used, and other facilities feel a bit like afterthoughts, with no one really using them. The room itself has a nice vibe though.

Stayed here for 4 days and had a solid experience. The location is the biggest win—it’s extremely close to the Prophet's Mosque, which made attending prayers very easy and saved a lot of time.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night's rest after a long day. I found the staff to be helpful and the check-in process was relatively smooth. Breakfast had a decent variety of options to start the day.
One thing to note is that the elevators can get quite busy during prayer times, so you’ll want to head down a bit early. Overall, it’s a reliable choice if you want convenience and a comfortable stay in Medina.

Guest UserI loved the wonderful reception and easy check-in. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive to guests. The hotel is close to the Haram, beautiful, excellent, and luxurious. Saudi coffee awaits you as a hospitality gesture, along with a lovely lobby and clean, fragrant facilities. Upon check-out, the reception team showed wonderful care, even granting me an extra two hours. They made sure I lacked nothing and inquired about every service provided to the guest, which was excellent. I will definitely repeat my visit to this hotel.

yzzzdWe arrived early, but the hotel staff graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. We had booked two rooms, and since only one was ready, they gave us the keys so we could freshen up before heading to the mosque for Zuhr prayer. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large, clean bathrooms, and the breakfast was nice too. They even managed to get our second room on the same floor, which was convenient. And more importantly, the prophet mosque is just a five-minute walk away.

The place is beautiful and the reception staff are wonderful, but it lacks two things. Firstly, the air conditioning needs to be changed. It's a split unit, not central, and it's quite noisy in the room. Secondly, the smoke detector needs to be replaced. Its flashing light is very annoying when the lights are off, especially since it's directly above the bed, making it hard to sleep well – it's like someone is constantly flashing a light in your eyes.
My final and most important observation concerns the buffet, specifically the person preparing breakfast items like fried eggs. His attitude is bad, and his demeanor is even worse. When I asked him to make me eggs, he ignored me and treated me as if the eggs were coming out of his own pocket. It took me asking him more than twice before he finally made them, and he did it very begrudgingly.

Guest User1. Clean rooms with mostly all common amenities available. Super housekeeping staff, and they also attend calls swiftly.
2. Breakfast was good but not impressive. Shoutout to Roman from breakfast service team for attending our endless requests with love.
3. Location is awesome, second row from Haram and ladies gate is only 1 minute away.
4. Only downside is that parking is charged for 75SR per day.
