The hotel is amazing.
I only have some points if they improve it , they will be the best.
1- air conditioning system is not up to expectations where the ac turns of completely once it reach to the selected temperature, it is better to keep the fan running.
2- the small fridge is annoying and close to bed.
3- corridor music is loud sometimes and disturbing on the morning.. hint not all visitors would like to hear music especially morning time.
4- Parking exit damages the low height cars from bottom..
A very nice hotel, with lovely ambiance and staff is great. Rooms were very clean with lots of amenities. Food was good quality and value. The 13th floor lounge overlooks the kingdom centre with nice views. Highly recommend it for business travel or leisure.
The location is excellent, right next to Kingdom Centre and Kingdom Mall, and close to the subway station (though I never used it). The building is very prominent; you can basically use it as a landmark to find your way around the bustling downtown area. The front desk is odd, slanted, and quite small. It might be a business hotel, as there were many Caucasians discussing work in the lobby, and plenty of sofa areas for meetings. When I arrived, I requested a high-floor room, but they wouldn't switch it, claiming I arrived too late. The next day, I tried again, and they said they were fully booked. There was a noticeable difference in their attitude towards Chinese guests. The hospital across the street seems abandoned and desolate, and there's a building under construction next door, so the noise was significant. The decor is quite clean and simple. Breakfast was average—nothing special but not terrible either. The cleanliness was decent, though it's the usual standing in the bathtub to shower, haha. I really don't understand this about hotels in the Middle East.
I was given a room with a fantastic view, which was great. The service was also very good. It's perfect for business trips, and there are many attractions nearby. I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. It's good, and the city is beautiful.
I would like to leave a special review for Farouk, who cleaned my room during my stay at this hotel. He was very professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. The room was always spotless and fresh after his service.
Are you praising the service or facilities of a hotel? It's really nice to hear your positive comments about the hotel. The hotel's excellent service, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, convenient location, etc. can be impressive. If you would like to share more information about this hotel, I would be happy to help you spread this praise or provide relevant information about hotel reservations and travel advice.
The room's decor is a bit dated, but it has all the necessary amenities and is very clean, although the bathroom is quite old. It's right next to the subway station, which makes transportation incredibly convenient.
It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

MMOHAMMED ALI IBRAHIMGood and quiet hotel, has good and various breakfast and good internet.
The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.
GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay. I loved the hotel and will continue to visit it whenever I can. I look forward to returning again.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Novotel Riyadh Sahafa to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.
A special thanks to Arwa Albousy, the Front Office Supervisor, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She arranged for a lovely room upgrade and even surprised us with a delicious cake in our room, which made our celebration even more special.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The late check-out option allowed us to enjoy our time without feeling rushed, which I truly appreciated.
I highly recommend Novotel Riyadh Sahafa to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Riyadh. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary memorable!
TTravelGuy2From check-in to check-out, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The highlight was the staff—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. I highly recommend this property.
GGuest UserLovely hotel and just a short taxi ride from the airport. Quick easy check in. Room nice and spacious and bed really comfortable with lovely soft pillows. Shower good size.
Tea and coffee in the room too.
Couple of small things. The shower gel had run out but didn’t realise till I was in the shower. Also there was a feather and some plastic tags on the floor that hadn’t been noticed in the room clean. However I would definitely use this hotel again.
11805826****It is difficult to describe this hotel with the word ”good”. Saudi Arabia is so warm and friendly to Chinese people. The room is clean and tidy. We washed the dishes we cooked ourselves. Because three people added a bed, the front desk directly reduced the extra bed fee by 100 riyals a day because we are Chinese. I was so touched. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Saudi Arabia.
