Rooms are very large and clean and truthfully nicely decorated! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture and the premises. Yes the hotel building looks small and the reception area is small but, everything is of premium quality with modern design. It is also designed very practically, with the restaurant on one side of the reception and Costa serving cafe on the other side. Room design/cleanliness and breakfast premises and variety are the two top important things for my travels. Cantonal gets 10/10 for both, in its class. Staff politeness and responsiveness are the second important criteria and Cantonal gets 10/10 for that, too. I don't recommend hotels easily but I can recommend Cantonal with confidence.

I was given a room with a fantastic view, which was great. The service was also very good. It's perfect for business trips, and there are many attractions nearby. I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. It's good, and the city is beautiful.

The location is excellent, right next to Kingdom Centre and Kingdom Mall, and close to the subway station (though I never used it). The building is very prominent; you can basically use it as a landmark to find your way around the bustling downtown area. The front desk is odd, slanted, and quite small. It might be a business hotel, as there were many Caucasians discussing work in the lobby, and plenty of sofa areas for meetings. When I arrived, I requested a high-floor room, but they wouldn't switch it, claiming I arrived too late. The next day, I tried again, and they said they were fully booked. There was a noticeable difference in their attitude towards Chinese guests. The hospital across the street seems abandoned and desolate, and there's a building under construction next door, so the noise was significant. The decor is quite clean and simple. Breakfast was average—nothing special but not terrible either. The cleanliness was decent, though it's the usual standing in the bathtub to shower, haha. I really don't understand this about hotels in the Middle East.

Saudi has many local hotel which are clean and tide. However this hotel is not only clean tidy but the facilities are also very nice including the pool and gym. I recommend this hotel for families and individuals. thanks

The room is large and the facilities are complete. The hotel front desk has upgraded the room type for free. Thank you very much. 2 Hilton hotels are in the same building with two gates, so pay attention when checking in.

The hotel lobby is huge and room is very clean.  But the road in front tends to get busy before sunrise therefore noisy.  The staff are very helpful.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

The hotel is fantastic overall, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly helpful. It's wonderfully quiet, with absolutely no noise or disturbances. They were also very accommodating, allowing us a generous late check-out on our departure day. We truly appreciate all the services provided.

The hotel staff are warm and attentive, with efficient check-in and check-out. The front desk staff are also very professional in providing local information and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the taste and quality are both good. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable, convenient, and high-quality accommodation experience for both business travelers and families.
