HOTEL WAS CLEAN AS WERE THE ROOMS , BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AS WAS THE WIFI STAFF WERE VERY ATTENTIVE , LOCATION IS FANTASTIC NEXT TO THE BEST BEACH IN THE WORLD , GREAT FOR FAMILIES AND COUPLES , WOULD GIVE THIS HOTEL 10 OUT OF TEN , MY ONLY CRITICISM IS KRADAN ISLAND IS GETTING BUSY WITH DAY TRIPPERS . ON THE WHOLE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF I WENT BACK.

Very nice hotel with modern and clean facilities. most important was the great service and hospitality, especially K Phojanaluck at the reception.. she seems to be there all the time, ever ready to help with advice, speaks good English, always with a smile. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. It was low season, so understand that the breakfast spread was reduced, but the quality of the food and service was certainly not compromised. Location was very good... 5 min walk to the nearest mall with wide selection of food. Tallest building in the area... So great view to wake up to. Highly recommended!

This is a family owned hotel that emphasizes on supporting the community in Trang and delivering a quality experience. I had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable time on our short vacation and wished the stay could have been longer. We stayed at the Explorer Luxury Tent which is clean, spacious, and comfortable with a large balcony (pictures enclosed). We also toured their newest building which opened earlier this year which is 5-star in quality, and including private pool. I am Thai and know the restaurants in Bangkok well, and the food at here is excellent bona fide southern Thai food. I can't emphasize enough how good their dishes are, and we even bought food from here back onto the plane to share with our relatives. The owners and staff are glad to explain how the ingredients are sourced locally. Unique and fun with the property are 3 friendly goat/sheep pet mascots wandering the property asking to be pet and a breakfast bread charcoal toaster. If you get to chat with with owners as well as their staff you could sense their passion in making your stay an excellent one and also in promoting Trang's tourism. Highly recommended

Very nice and cosy hotel. Nicely decorated with lots of wood and plants. You are in Trang town but feel like you are in the middle of nature, great. Very good room and large room, great bed and friendly staff. Spa, pool and restaurant.
