The hotel isn't bad, but it's very far from the sea. They take us to the beach by bus, but they didn't tell us it was free for guests. They charged us for a sunbed until we found out it was free. We never got a refund.
The food is average, my child couldn't find anything to eat at breakfast. I once got half-raw fish, and my burger was disgusting.
There are a lot of small children in dirty diapers swimming in the pool, so the water isn't the cleanest. That's just how it is.

Danish ShadabNot very satisfied with the room size and other services. I booked my room inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Set breakfast with minimum spread. Dinner was also set with only three options to choose from.

Guest UserThe beach of the hotel is perfect. They provide the delicious food in the restaurant. But they would forget to give me the towels, water, tea. Have to ask them.

I went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

kiss5000Breakfast is the worst I have ever eaten in the past few days. The room is small and the price is expensive. Apart from the good scenery, others make me want to vomit. If I just want to take pictures, I don’t mind if I can stay.

Guest UserThe room is much larger than those in the city center, with a double bed plus a sofa bed, perfect for a family of three. The decor is very new, and all the appliances are from major brands; you can tell the owner invested heavily. There's a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. Chinese visitors might want to bring their own chopsticks though! On our last day, we had a hot pot, which was incredibly satisfying. Downstairs, there are two supermarkets and a cosmetics chain store. Prices are good, so you can easily pick up souvenirs nearby. For breakfast, there's a place with cheese meat pies – a must-try for cheese lovers! The service is excellent; they deliver water daily, change towels, clean the room, and even help book local tours which are great value for money! Parking is convenient if you're driving. Highly recommended!

Alex0050Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and fast food restaurants within walking distance,
The staff are super smiley, pleasant,
Unfortunately the breakfast was not very generous (e.g. no juice only tea, more salty than sweet)
The swimming pool is incredible it closes at 12 a.m. if I don't say something stupid
The beach right next door, there are quite a few cats and dogs hanging around the hotel
But I recommend it because I was rather comfortable

Guest UserI left the hotel with mixed feelings.
Positive:
the territory is very nicely maintained. The scenery is beautiful, the pools are cleaned on a daily basis. The beach is also clean and pleasant. Lots of coolers with drinking water, many other drinks are included, so you never stay dehydrated.
The idea with the animals is brilliant. Rabbits and birds walking around really make the place special.
Negative:
There are many reviews praising the food in this hotel. Initially I was also impressed with the variety and lots of salads. However, I soon found that it was very salty, spicy or very sour. And when I say ”very”, I really mean it. I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights and by the end of our stay I got a stomach ache and heartburn, although I had no digestive illness before. I suppose the hotel will say that they have a diet table. Yes, they do, but this is just 2-3 dishes very plain in taste. For someone who had no prior digestive problems It would be strange to avoid the general table. It would make sense to moderate spices and salt in most of the dishes, and I assure you they would still be flavourful.
We were leaving the hotel at 11 am and therefore could not have our dinner. As the airport food is overpriced and unreliable, I asked at the reception if we could come for the late breakfast and take something with us. Not only the man at the reception refused, he also added: ”I think it is gross”. Normally I am not inclined to argue over every penny, but in this case I just can't stay silent. The voucher from the hotel clearly says that guests are entitled to breakfast and dinner on the day of the departure. Your guests are going to have a hard day in travel, they are leaving before dinner and are asking politely if they could have some takeaway and you say it's gross? That's as far from hospitality as it could be and really wiped out any wish to come back to this hotel ever again.

Guest UserWe flew in for New Year's and stayed at Akra V across the street, but we used all the facilities of the Akra hotel. The indoor pool is fantastic, a comfortable 28 degrees, and you can swim under to the outdoor heated section. There's an excellent sauna and hammam, plus a huge gym. Towels are provided at the spa entrance. We brought robes from our room. Everything was very impressive.
