The location of the hotel was in a very nice place. Especially the employees were very friendly and helpful. We were also satisfied with the breakfast.

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. This hotel is not too large, but the atmosphere is very homey. Its location is strategic, close to shopping areas and public transportation. I enjoyed staying at this hotel with my wife. I stayed for 4 nights.

The Wi-Fi was terrible; it was barely connectable in the room, which is truly devastating for a foreign traveler. The room wasn't exactly clean; there were sticky marks on the table. The window was open, and the smell of kebabs from the street outside wafted into the room. I don't know if it was allergies, but my skin was constantly itchy when I lay in bed. However, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making it seem like no problem at all. They went out of their way to help me solve any of my problems. There was a guy who spoke English, whose name I forgot, and a guy who made me black tea. The staff were truly warm and helpful.

Very neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.

The old imperial palace next to the hotel is so beautiful.

Delightful little hotel with character in close proximity to major sites. Very attentive staff. Restaurant good and garden courtyard is delightful. One of our nicest stays in Turkey.
