It was surprisingly good.
The overall service was very professional. The hotel is large, situated on a hilltop, and offers a beautiful setting.
The breakfast service was very attentive, with someone always available to help you with coffee and other drinks.

Located at 37th Street, 8th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, the location is good, close to the bus station, Penn Station, and Times Square, and it is convenient for travel and sightseeing. The room is not too big, but it has a large refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, and tableware, so it is very convenient to prepare something for yourself. The breakfast is very rich. Cleaning is done every 2 days. 3 people stayed for 3 nights, the big bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed was a bit bad. There are still many homeless people around, but they are not aggressive when passing by. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my stay.
Golf course hotel, the sofa bed is very good, but the space is not large, more crowded, not like 41m2. The size and height of the table and chair are very unsuitable
When checking in, I overcharged a deposit. It took a lot of effort to understand. It was a not very pleasant experience.
Our family booked a stay last April 2023, so it was only natural to book this venue for our April 2024 PA trip. We were disappointed in the condition of the room because both closet doors were broken perhaps by the previous occupant. The photos tell the story and the front desk. The other issue involved the loud noise in the hallway made by unsupervised children going to or coming from the pool area around 8:45 ish.
The bed in the twin room is a bit small, and the room is soundproof. Hotels in the United States are generally relatively old. This hotel is relatively new. The quality of the 4 diamonds that Ctrip targets is indeed better than the 3 diamonds.
It would be nice if it wasn't on the road. I asked for a quiet room but was given a room on the road outside the hotel. Fortunately, it is in the countryside and there are not many cars at night.
I have stayed here several times, the room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, the location is also very convenient to travel on the campus, very good experience!

GGuest UserWe inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.

1118597****I booked a high-rise room, which was very quiet but a bit expensive. I was very dissatisfied that the hotel charged me for three nights' parking after booking two nights.
SSunnyK86I had a great experience I came during Super Bowl Weekend. Nice weather nice service amazing sunrise and sunsets. Was able to get great food surrounding the hotel area and everyone at the hotel is so friendly and always give amazing customer service. I will return. I love the pool and gym.
FFrankHad to wait for room with a safe then when you got room safe didn’t work.
Elevator service horrible wait time 10 to 15 minutes with no hallway air conditioning.
Bathroom had a town on rack was full lipstick imprint.
GGuest UserSofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.
KKate’s AdventuresOur experience at The Franklin on Rittenhouse was absolutely amazing.
We were greeted by John and another sweet woman at the front desk, and they were so kind and helpful.
We stayed in “The Monarch” room on the first floor. It is a very comfortable and romantic room. It was also extremely clean and updated! I loved the rainfall style shower as well.
While booking the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel we so kind to write her a card and left chocolates on the bed.
It was such a thoughtful gesture.
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel experience.
SSiattaThe Hotel was lovely but there was some issues with beddings, cleanliness” but I had pictures so I was able to sent it to there higher up in which the issue was fixed immediately, the breakfast was really good but quite expensive so we chose to eat on our last day everyone in the hotel was pretty friendly and nice, my favorite part of the hotel were there cookies I think it did the trick with everything else they lacked and they weren’t stingy in handing out the cookies amazing” overall experience was a 3 star as expected what would make it for if they fixed things before check in like the beddings and vent system in the rooms” shower was good water pressure perfect
GGuest UserThe hotel was situated around the block from my daughter’s home which we were here to pack for a move, which made it perfect - however the mandatory two night minimum during April - not a holiday wknd- seemed crazy. The room was fine, the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool would have been fabulous in better weather - however the noise level was horrible. The bar, I assume, was very loud til quite late and the other guests could be heard early the next morning. All in all, it served a purpose and I paid for two nights when only able to stay for one because of the proximity to my daughter but probably wouldn’t stay there again.
