I had a great experience I came during Super Bowl Weekend. Nice weather nice service amazing sunrise and sunsets. Was able to get great food surrounding the hotel area and everyone at the hotel is so friendly and always give amazing customer service. I will return. I love the pool and gym.

The location is particularly good. If the weather is good, I feel that I can walk to most places. I can go straight to lyft and get cheap. Pittsburgh has bad traffic. In this place, it is more worry-free to drive others than to drive. I feel that the service is very good, but the first The shortcoming of the tripartite reservation is that a lot of services can't be enjoyed. If you apply for a member directly, you will have more free services. If you go online, you only have free low-speed traffic. If you are at high speed, you can reduce 10 knives, which is 5 knives per day. Not expensive! The lobby is really good! The hotel is in the city center, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around. It's right across from the U.S. Steel Tower, and most other attractions are within three kilometers. The hotel rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, so they're very tidy. Just remember to bring your own slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrush, as the hotel doesn't provide them.

Took my wife here to celebrate her birthday and when we got to the room we noticed the one chair was so marked up, we could’ve gotten a cleaner one at goodwill. Didn’t notice that the soaps and rod were ripped off the wall till we went to shower later that night. After the shower I went to fill our ice and it was half full of water. I’m not the type to complain, but for the price I wanted everything to be perfect for my wife for her birthday and the cleanliness wasn’t there.

The bed in the twin room is a bit small, and the room is soundproof. Hotels in the United States are generally relatively old. This hotel is relatively new. The quality of the 4 diamonds that Ctrip targets is indeed better than the 3 diamonds.

It would be nice if it wasn't on the road. I asked for a quiet room but was given a room on the road outside the hotel. Fortunately, it is in the countryside and there are not many cars at night.

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatWe loved our stay and would gladly come again! This was a very last minute trip, and we managed to get a very good rate for this hotel. We had no idea what to expect, and we found it to be one of the nicer hotels in its price range that we’ve stayed at!
Our room was very clean and cozy with a beautiful panoramic view. While the furnishings weren’t brand new, they feel clean and definitely updated in recent years. Air and water purifiers in the room was a plus, as well as a very secure door lock — provides much peace of mind to solo travelers.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods and was good! Not the best hotel breakfast we’ve had, but one that we felt very much satisfied with.
A warm cookie at check-in was also a plus!🙂 We had a great time here and hope to come again.

Small indoor pool and hot tub, which was nice. Cute restaurant with outdoor igloos. The menu looked great but we didn't eat there. Coffee available in the lobby every morning.

WWangnoaWe booked a large corner room with a sofa to meet our needs of sending our children to study at the University of Pennsylvania. The room is large, the environment is good, and it is very quiet at night. The hotel is right on campus. The hotel decoration is also in line with the university's opening season, with various signs, which is convenient for taking photos. The hotel front desk and room attendants are very friendly. Very satisfied 😀 Next time I go to Philadelphia, I will still consider staying in this hotel.

Elevator service horrible wait time 10 to 15 minutes with no hallway air conditioning.
Bathroom had a town on rack was full lipstick imprint.

GGuest UserSofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.

KKate’s AdventuresOur experience at The Franklin on Rittenhouse was absolutely amazing.
We were greeted by John and another sweet woman at the front desk, and they were so kind and helpful.
We stayed in “The Monarch” room on the first floor. It is a very comfortable and romantic room. It was also extremely clean and updated! I loved the rainfall style shower as well.
While booking the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel we so kind to write her a card and left chocolates on the bed.
It was such a thoughtful gesture.
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel experience.
