The water pressure was really low, making it difficult to wash my hair. There's no airport shuttle either. I'd suggest travelers choose a hotel that costs at least 600 RMB per night.

This hotel is conveniently located near the south station, so it's not a problem to get there even with heavy bags. It was also easy to find and access late at night. They also offer a free luggage storage service with lockers.

The hotel is quite far from the city, but the train station is only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, the transportation costs for commuting back and forth to the city add up quickly, so that is something to keep in mind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the shower floor is very slippery, so extra caution is needed. It is a large hotel with many travelers, so breakfast can get very busy. I would recommend going down around 7–8 AM; otherwise, it may be difficult to find enough food or even a place to sit.

Needed a place to stay because I missed my flight and was exhausted after dealing with the airport BS. This hotel is just 1 min walk across the check-in floor and was a no-brainer for me despite the high cost. If convenience and peace of mind are what you need, then this hotel is definitely worth paying the premium. No dental kits provided tho.

The room is very spacious and has a kitchen, which is quite nice. The hairdryer works great, with strong airflow! You can have breakfast at the Holiday Inn across the street. There's a free shuttle bus from the airport, but the departure times aren't very accurate. We queued at 6:30 PM for the 6:50 PM bus, but it still hadn't arrived by 7:10 PM, so we ended up taking an Uber. On the way back to the hotel, we actually ran into the shuttle bus that was supposed to take us there earlier... There's also a free shuttle bus to the airport, and its departure times are more or less on schedule. PS: For travelers departing from Brussels Airport, make sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance, otherwise, you'll be queuing for a very long time and might miss your flight.

The hotel is about three kilometers from the airport, so a taxi gets you there very quickly. We stayed here for a day to rest up before flying back home from Nice to Brussels. The room size was decent, clean, and spacious enough to open and lay out two suitcases easily. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were good. The TV was also a good size. The next day, you can take a free shuttle to the airport. I recommend getting to the airport early because security at Brussels Airport is very thorough, and passport control can be slow. Even three hours beforehand can feel a bit rushed, so I suggest giving yourself plenty of time.

The location is great, right opposite Diegem train station (though it's a small station with only stairs, no elevators or escalators, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage). The hotel shuttle runs every half hour to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the check-in process took an incredibly long time due to a front desk error. They eventually gave me the wrong room card. As a solo female traveler, I swiped into a man's room, and he was understandably shocked and swore at me. When I returned to the front desk to explain the situation, they didn't seem to grasp the severity of their mistake. The staff just stuck out their tongue, mumbled an apology about getting the room number's last digit wrong, and showed no serious concern. In the end, they gave me a room on the first floor, right next to the one they initially assigned incorrectly. (I find this quite unsafe). I am very dissatisfied with such a serious error. (My room overlooked a construction site, but the soundproofing seemed quite good as I didn't hear much noise.)

Great experience! We were 3 people + 2 dogs. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was and had a lot of choices. Dogs welcome! The hotel is just beside the building where people do their IELTS English which was perfect for us.You walk out the door behind the reception and straight in to the Madison Building, IP Campus. Just a couple of things that could be better. No fridge in the room. No coffee machine, just instant coffee. Parking 15€ for the night. And for info. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. We thought we could have had lunch where we had breakfast, but it wasn't possible. Instead you can buy ready-made meals and warm then up in a microwave. It wasn't too bad of quality though. Freshly made in glass jars and 3 vegetarian options.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near Zaventem Airport. The reception staff are all friendly and helpful. There's an option for early check-in for an extra €20. It has both underground and outdoor parking, with charging stations for electric cars. The rooms themselves are very spacious and modern, with comfortable beds. I'll definitely be back!!

Good value accommodation with the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Very clean and good gym and complimentary laundry facilities. The only comment is it's about a 10 min walk from the nearby Diegem train station which is not easy to manage with luggage in the rain. Better if you have your own vehicle or are coming directly from the airport. Bus stop to avd from the airport nearby but again the bus stops don't have shelter so not ideal waiting for the bus or alighting from a bus and making your way to the hotel. Limited gluten free offering.
