GGuest UserEtant originaire de la région du Borinage mais ayant déménagé à la côte, depuis plusieurs années, je ne connaissais pas cet établissement pourtant je passais toutes les semaines dans sur cette route pour aller à Masnuy.
Je dois souligner que l'accueil, qui pour moi est important, de 24h/24 est formidable. Propreté parfaite, emplacement idéal et pas loin du centre de Mons.

GGuest UserI arrived on the Thursday evening and was informed right away that there was a gas leak in the city and there will be no hot water for the duration of my stay. I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra for the inconvenience, other hotels in the surrounding area with the same issue, offered free breakfast, drinks, snacks and kettle so that they could boil water to have a hot wash etc…I was there 4 nights and had to have cold showers for the duration…really poor hotel offerings!

WwanderingmumWe stayed for only a night to chase an early morning flight. We were delighted by the family room - a sofa bed for the kids and a queen bed for parents. The room layout is great, it has 2 smart TVs, clean furnitures, and offered shuttle service for 25euros for 4 people. We had a good night's sleep.
We did wish it had a bidet for the toilet. Without a car, it is a bit difficult to go around with no nearby shops or restaurants. However, as an airport hotel, we still recommend this for a good night's sleep.

AAnonymous UserNice city hotel in the center of Mons. All the sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was good. My superior room was good, but a bit small. The ”comic book” design of the room took some getting used to. (Some rooms are themed.) I would come back.

This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it.
It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way.

The only bemol I have, are the earrings (quared and super thick) that are really horrible, it's a comfort point to improve absolutely!

Ccarrie888888The room was a bit small and simple, but clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the location is a bit out of the way, situated in an industrial area. You'll need to walk about 2-3 kilometers to find places to eat and shop.
