The hotel is close to the airport. The food was good for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only reason i gave a 4 for amenities is because there is no pool. It's a pretty good hotel for the price

well me missed our conecting flight , bad news you have to repay for your tickets again ok i will just contact my hotel and tell them i will not make it in tonight . oh but you prepaid through trip.com , yes we have a policy that if your a no show we cancel your reservation . ok when do can we see our refund ? you wont we will just rent out your room to someone else , i see so i have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you did not get paid by them i see , no we did just your not getting a refund . can i trasfer my rooms as we are having a conference there for a few hundred people . no . we don't allow for that either . what ...... a scam ! no recourse , i gave them notice 12 hours before my check in . and was told to call back a number of times to speack to the manager .i contacted trip.com , and they also claim a garenty of refund but at the time i was to depart my room reservation changed to no refund be aware of this and maybe better don't use any online third party bookings agents as this is double dipping and should be a crime . we are out of pocket for both our air tickets and our hotel we paid in advance never again i will . i have proof , so if they decide not to keep this up contact me . roland kier mizuik . very concerned , independant insurance broker . my company will be informed how i was treated .

My friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!

Room was clean and bigger than I expected - especially for the price. Don’t expect much from the free breakfast as the room where they serve it didn’t look clean, as well as the coffee and bread or whatever - which is mostly muffin/bread that aren’t stored properly - they have.

The location is good. There is a water park, which is noisy because there are many families. The soundproofing is not very good. Due to the complex structure of the hotel, it is difficult to find a room.

Very. I’ve facility, very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful as well as prompt services. I’d stay here again and tell my friends and family it is a great hotel.

Good location. Quiet & safe part of town. Staff was polite but not overly helpful. Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining. Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying. Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range. Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.

Stayed with the children for one night, the location is very good, in the city center, and the hygiene is good. In a two-bed room, there is no problem with sleeping with a child. Check-in at the front desk is very quick, and check-out is also very quick. Breakfast has butter bread, muffins, yogurt, juice and fruit cups, large quantities!

The service was excellent. The staff member in the breakfast room was fantastic. We have never had such a pleasurable experience where a complementary breakfast was offered. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

I will give the good in the bed first of all very good location from the airport. There are many places to go to around the area stores or restaurants no problem gas stations very clean Hotel now the bad. The mattress are very, very horrible absolutely terrible you sink down. It’s way too soft in your back will hurt. You cannot get a comfortable night sleep that is a dealbreaker. Also did not clean my room even though I hung the door sign for the maid to clean it in the morning it was ignored. Therefore all they gave me was clean towels when I got back late afternoon, so the service was not good.
