It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

The perfect room was the biggest surprise this hotel offered. Its thoughtful setup and meticulous maintenance made me feel cared for and at ease, allowing me to enjoy two comfortable bath times and two nights of peaceful sleep. The attention to detail was exceptional; I'd give it a perfect score without hesitation.

The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.
