The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

Extremely satisfied! I went to Hefei for a one-day trip to see a concert, and it also happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially arranged birthday decorations and even thoughtfully delivered a cake at night! The cake was delicious too! When checking out, they even gave us fruit for the road! This whole experience made me feel that even though the hotel has been open for a few years, their soft services are truly excellent! After leaving, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they proactively contacted SF Express to send them back. This was a really great experience overall.

I don't travel much, but when I decided to go, I compared many hotels and read countless reviews before finally choosing Manbu Yunjing. Among four-star hotels, its price isn't the highest, but the experience was truly satisfying, almost touching. I used to think 'you get what you pay for,' but this hotel showed me something different. Every staff member works towards providing guests with an excellent experience. The lobby is beautifully decorated and atmospheric, with many unique handicrafts and trinkets, diverging from traditional hotel designs and offering a fresh feel. From the garage entrance, there are clear signs, and the elevators are filled with thoughtful reminders. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are a generous 2 meters. The amenity kit includes not only the usual items but also lotion and single-use laundry detergent, showing great attention to detail. I stayed on the fifth floor, where the laundry room is also located. While not huge, it's very tidy. For the price point, the breakfast is also excellent, offering everything you'd expect. Considering its location in Hefei, all of the hotel's amenities and services are well worth the price. I truly believe the owner has perfected both service and value-added experiences.

Extremely satisfied! The room was very spacious, perfect for friends to gather for tea and chats. Being on the 45th-55th floor, we had a fantastic night view. The room also included Executive Lounge access and breakfast, both of which were excellent and plentiful. A special shout-out to Joanna and the butler service; they were incredibly responsive to every request. We ordered a lot of takeout during our two-night stay, and the concierge staff went above and beyond to repeatedly help us retrieve it – truly amazing! As out-of-town visitors, this experience definitely added to our positive impression of Hefei.

The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.
