A day before check-in, I received a call from the hotel informing me about nearby road construction and proactively offering a complimentary upgrade to a river view room. Check-in was smooth, the facilities were well-equipped, and they even provided complimentary sweet cookies and fruit. All the staff were very friendly. A small park is conveniently located right outside. The buffet was decent, but items weren't restocked very promptly. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Came to Hefei for Zhou Shen's concert, but couldn't get tickets, and all the hotels near the Sports Center were fully booked. So I chose InterContinental; I've always had a soft spot for them because I'm a member. As expected, the lobby was very grand upon entering. My room was upgraded to a deluxe floor, which included a BLUEAIR air purifier. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a very comfortable design. The hotel provided welcome fruit and Bai Xiang water daily, which was a nice touch! The hotel is very close to Intime in77, and Swan Lake is right across the street. I even walked to the concert from here, so the location is great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei.

This stay was really great! The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation around, whether it is to go to scenic spots or business districts. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the warm decoration style. The staff member Wang Ting was warm and considerate. When checking in, he took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding food.
The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very comfortable to sleep. And the sound insulation was very good, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were also complete, with a light fragrance.
The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good, especially the freshly made fried eggs and local special snacks, which are appetizing. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends!

The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

GGuest UserShuishongshi Shanfang Hotel is a unique hotel with a strong artistic flair. Our room offered stunning mountain views the moment we opened the door, and at night, we could hear the gentle murmur of the stream. The young lady at the front desk who assisted us was incredibly kind and helpful; she planned a perfect hiking route tailored to our fitness level, which really compensated for the hotel not being situated at the very peak. As we set off for our hike, she even thoughtfully provided us with hiking poles. The driver who handled our transfers was also superb, ensuring seamless connections from the hotel to the trailhead. On our second day, when they helped us transport our luggage out of the mountain area, the hotel thoughtfully prepared bottled water and a lovely farewell gift.

Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

In the morning, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle to the transfer point for the Xi'aoyao Stream scenic area bus. Upon opening the room door, I discovered we'd been upgraded to a family room! Although it was just my mother and me, it felt very thoughtful. The room layout was well-designed, with new facilities, a large projector screen, and a smart voice system, all showcasing high-tech features. On the second day, we were granted a late check-out until 2 PM, which was very comfortable for my mother to rest. The room faced south, so it was bright and sunny. When I couldn't reach my mother by phone, I contacted the hotel, and they kindly sent someone to check on her. The service was superb; we truly felt at home. Highly recommended.

__M1380888****Banyan Tree Huangshan was a delightful surprise on our trip. The service staff's attitude truly amazed me. We love traveling and staying in different hotels, so besides the facilities, service is incredibly important to us. We had just come down from Mount Huangshan, and when I booked the room, I didn't realize it was a two-story unit requiring stairs, which was a bit daunting. Thankfully, the hotel staff, especially the shorter lobby manager whose name I unfortunately don't know, patiently showed us other room types (even though the hotel was almost fully booked that day). We finally found a room we loved, and they even offered us an complimentary afternoon tea. All the hotel staff were incredibly dedicated and always ready to help, from Amy, who contacted me, to Jo Yao, the room cleaning attendant, and the golf cart driver. They remembered our room number basically after the second time, which was fantastic! The hotel itself is a scenic spot, especially combined with the nearby Lu Village…simply perfect! I also tried the hotel's spa, which was excellent and helped soothe my post-hike fatigue. I never expected to find such professional service in such a remote mountain village. All in all, definitely a five-star review!

MM271989****The location couldn't be better, right on the old street. It's super convenient for stepping out to shop, and the place itself boasts a unique Anhui charm with an authentic, antique feel. The creaking wooden floors add to the atmosphere, and you can open the window to a direct view of the old street below. The owner was incredibly warm and hospitable, offering us many helpful tips as first-time visitors, which saved us a lot of unnecessary wandering. This establishment left a wonderful impression, and I'll definitely be back if I visit again.
