WWuxinqiqiIf 100 points is a perfect score for a hotel experience, I wouldn't hesitate to give 'Poetry & Faraway · Xiangshan Youyue Hotel' 200 points! This stay went far beyond 'exceeding expectations' – it was simply perfect.
The facilities are impeccable: The room was spacious and bright, with stylish and tasteful decor. The biggest surprise was the super-sized bathtub; bath time became the most enjoyable part of my day. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided both soft and firm pillows to cater to different sleeping preferences – attention to detail at its finest! The restaurant is on the 9th floor, with a stunning outdoor pool just outside. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the beautiful view was pure bliss.
Smart and convenient: The room was equipped with a smart 'Xiaodu' speaker, making voice control incredibly convenient. Food deliveries were brought directly to our door by an adorable robot, which was both efficient and fun. There's also a self-service laundry room near the rooms, which is a lifesaver for long-term travelers.
But the service is truly the trump card: From the moment we checked in and added the butler on WeChat, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Any request we had was met with an immediate response and solution from the butler. What touched me most was an incident during breakfast today: an elderly person accidentally knocked over their tray, spilling food everywhere. The staff present didn't show any hesitation or displeasure; they rushed over immediately to comfort the startled elder, repeatedly asking if they were hurt, and swiftly and quietly cleaned up the mess. The entire process was filled with genuine concern. This kind of heartfelt kindness and professionalism is more precious than any luxurious facility.
It was raining when we checked out, and the front desk staff proactively offered us disposable raincoats. This constant thoughtfulness made our whole family feel incredibly warm. Even our child was clamoring, ”I don't want to go to the next stop, I just want to keep staying here!”
This wasn't just a stay; it was an experience filled with warm memories. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, heartfelt accommodation!

TTianlanshuiqingshulvThe location is great! Right outside, you can enjoy night tours and the Gongnong Bridge. You can take a taxi to Jima Pier to take a bamboo raft. After getting off the raft, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. I don't recommend taking the electric shuttle to Jima Pier for the bamboo raft, as you'd have to take another shuttle back to the pier, which is inconvenient. Getting to West Street is also just a taxi ride away, usually around 17 RMB. For food, I suggest trying rice noodles or just grabbing something from the snack stalls on West Street – they're cheap and the taste is decent. The beer fish and beer duck are pretty average, worth trying at most once. On rainy days, I didn't feel like visiting many attractions. My main enjoyment was the bamboo raft ride; the scenery was beautiful.

The hotel has a pool, and on the ninth floor rooftop, there's a 'Sky Mirror' with panoramic views of the Li River – perfect for photos! We stayed in a two-story duplex. The room has a modern minimalist style, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light. All the disposable amenities are well-stocked, and the room is very smart. You can see the Li River as soon as you open the window, and it's just a ten-minute walk to West Street! The hotel breakfast is also very rich, featuring Guilin rice noodles and oil tea. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's easy to get anywhere. You can just hop on an e-scooter and head to West Street or Yulong River!

HHuke_ZCame to Nanning with my girlfriend to experience the highest LC in China. Staying during the off-season offered great value for money. What truly stood out was the hotel staff – they are absolutely top-notch, the best I've encountered in luxury hotels. The decor is well-done with nice, quality details. The swimming pool is beautiful and features their iconic logo. Overall, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanning.

LLonglong1025After comparing several hotels online, we finally chose Cloud Hotel. We had a lot of luggage traveling with elderly and children, and as soon as our taxi pulled up to the entrance, a staff member immediately came to help us with our bags and brought them to the lobby. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was super nice and thoughtful. Seeing that we had a child, she upgraded us to a super spacious family room and even helped us take our luggage to the room. The upgraded room had a small tent and plush toys, which made my daughter so happy she didn't want to leave. The whole room's setup was incredibly thoughtful; the kids' slippers had cute cartoon designs, and the toothbrushes, toilet seat, and stool were all convenient. I was particularly pleased with how quickly the staff always addressed our needs; the service was incredibly efficient and attentive. Furthermore, the breakfast was also very satisfying, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options and exquisite dishes that both the elderly and children enjoyed.

YYY9991As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, this was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was a delightful surprise! Besides the room layout which wasn't quite to my taste, everything else was simply perfect. I highly recommend other hotels learn from their butler service here. The butler manages absolutely everything, big or small, offering a comprehensive, one-stop service for dining, accommodation, and travel. They handle all discounts that apply, and every staff member seems ready to assist you at a moment's notice. They even helped me book tickets for the Liu Sanjie show and 'Eternal Love' performance. Just tell them what you need, and they'll solve it. The à la carte dishes at the restaurant were also amazing; I ate till I was stuffed every time. Breakfast was decent. It's definitely worth experiencing. Finally, I wish all the staff good luck in the Year of the Horse and a prosperous business!

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, making for a truly restful sleep. The soundproofing was also excellent; I barely heard any outside noise at night, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All the room amenities were in perfect working order, including stable air conditioning, bathroom facilities, and internet. The toiletries were high-quality and plentiful, which was a nice touch. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive – the corridors were clean, and the elevator ran smoothly. Yumi and Winnie always greeted me warmly whenever we met, which was lovely. Whenever I had a request and contacted Yumi at the front desk, she responded quickly and resolved issues promptly, always with a patient and professional attitude, never just going through the motions. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.

GGuest UserAtmosphere: Absolutely stunning, you could spend all day just gazing from the hotel's pool area or outside the lobby! It's incredibly beautiful.
Service: Impeccable as well. We received complimentary fruit and desserts upon check-in, and a thoughtful little treat was delivered to our room in the evening. The lobby also offers Luo Han Guo (monk fruit) and local tea.
Facilities: They have ping-pong, billiards, fitness equipment, and a swimming pool. It's perfect for relaxing and spending a few days at the hotel!
Improvements: If I had to nitpick, first, the faucet in the sink is a bit too close to the basin, and with high water pressure, there's always standing water around the edge. Second, the breakfast plates are quite heavy; it's hard to hold an empty plate with one hand for long. Perhaps they could consider lighter plates.

LLongnvfeimaStayed at the Shangri-La Guilin for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Coming from the north, I wasn't quite used to the local temperatures, and it felt a bit chilly when trying to sleep at night. The staff promptly brought a space heater and also refilled our room with plenty of drinking water. Their excellent service really warmed me up! The hotel was full of New Year's cheer, even setting up a lovely spot for family photos. The most unique feature was that they organized different activities for guests every day, so even if you didn't leave the hotel, you could still have a great time. I'll definitely choose Shangri-La again for my next trip to Guilin.
