The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to the scenic area, just a few minutes drive away. My friends and I came to Guilin for a trip and after comparing several hotels, we decided on this one. It exceeded our expectations! The dry and wet separation design is very thoughtful, and the mattress is just right – not too soft, not too hard. I had a great night's sleep and felt refreshed. They also have a self-service laundry room, which is super convenient for lazy people like us, haha. The snacks and coffee in the lobby are good too!

I had a truly unforgettable stay here! The staff is incredibly responsive and attentive. A huge shout out to our butler, Mayling Cindy, and our photographer, Xiao Zeng—you both were amazing! Also, it was so sweet of the team to keep me stocked up with drinkable water over the last two days; such a thoughtful gesture! 💧 The desserts were also a highlight, especially the one I had yesterday (absolutely delicious, though I feel bad for not being able to finish both! 😅). But honestly, the room and the view are just on another level—literally breathtaking and beyond words. It’s been so hard to ‘move on’ from this experience! Environment: Very clean. Just tell the front desk and they'll quickly send housekeeping to help clean. Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. There's laundry service and decent coffee. Service: The front desk staff (guy) was very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, you can ask directly and he'll answer them.

The hotel rooms are quite spacious and bright, offering expansive views. Baishi Lake Park is conveniently located directly across the street, with a pleasant 3-kilometer loop walk around the lake. While not situated in the city center, it's very convenient to drive to major attractions and large shopping malls. The hotel's evening buffet dinner was reasonably priced and offered a wide variety of dishes – definitely a highlight!

The room directly overlooks the artificial lake, which is absolutely beautiful. If I were to visit again in March or April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it would be truly magnificent. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable; I even got to make my own waffles, which were wonderfully fluffy and soft, just like the ones my grandma used to make back home. The environment here is also very relaxing and pleasant.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here last December with friends when we visited Liuzhou, and both the cleanliness and service were excellent. The location is superb; even our Didi driver mentioned that Qingyun Market and Wuxing Street are easily reachable on foot from the hotel! 😂 Of course, my favorite part is the spacious bathroom. This stay felt even better than the last; everyone was so warm and attentive. The breakfast offerings were also very satisfying. Although I didn't get to see the musical fountain this time due to upstream flooding, the hotel concierge informed us beforehand, which is understandable as it's an act of God. I'll definitely choose Wyndham again on my next trip to Liuzhou.

Great location in the amazing city of Guilin. Very convenient, with lovely river location and walking streets with plenty of activity near by. You can book activities in the lobby, or find a tour operator at any of a number of providers (tip: denote your own activities and the tour operator will book your driver. Very affordable) We took the cheaper rooms which were quite small, but adequate for our short stay. Good value.

Misty Guilin, truly lives up to its reputation! With a view right outside the window, stepping downstairs transports you into a picturesque scroll of mountains and rivers – distant peaks like painted brows, nearby waters hazy with mist, and swirling clouds that make you feel like you've entered an ink-wash fairyland. Choosing this place meant even a rainy day became a rare and beautiful experience. What was even more delightful was the hotel's service. The one-on-one butler was thoughtful and meticulous, ensuring everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. In the morning, that authentic bowl of Guilin rice noodles, with its rich卤香 (lu xiang - savory braised flavor), left a lasting impression. The room facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. This trip's perfect experience was set from the moment I first gazed out the window at the stunning view. Waking up in a misty haze and falling asleep surrounded by mountains and rivers – I wholeheartedly recommend this Guilin to anyone yearning for a poetic escape.

The hotel's location by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes is perfect – it's peaceful yet central. My room was window-facing, but it wasn't noisy at all. I booked a queen room and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a super king room. Upon entering, I was greeted by a lovely green view, which was such a delightful surprise. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, with great amenities like a smart assistant (XiaoDu), an electric bidet toilet, a heated towel rack, and a direct drinking water dispenser – fantastic value for money! The service was also very thoughtful; during my two-night stay, a butler handled my laundry daily. The downstairs restaurant served delicious food too. All in all, I was very satisfied with this trip; it definitely enhanced my Guilin experience.

2. Must give five-star praise! The hotel environment is elegant, the lobby is very decorated, the facilities in the room are complete and new, the toiletries are branded, and the details are full. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good, which can meet the needs of different tastes. The service staff smiled throughout the service and took the initiative to help with the luggage. It was so intimate! Highly recommended to everyone!
