The room is very clean, the environment is OK, the service is also very good, there is enough space for two people, the bathroom is very large, with a bathtub and shower, and two washbasins. I personally think it is mainly quiet, which is very good for someone like me who has a light sleep and poor sleep quality.

The rooms in this hotel are incredibly spacious and well-arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which gave us great peace of mind. The surroundings are also quiet and beautiful; taking a walk along the nearby paths in the morning, enjoying the fresh air, was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great, providing plenty of energy for the day. It was a very satisfying stay! The hot springs were excellent, absolutely wonderful.

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of Zhaoxing with an amazing view on the entire village and the surroundings. The hotel seems newly renovated, everything was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, because of the heavy rains in the days preceding our stay, the water in the swimming pool caught some algae and they had to take it out, clean the pool, and refill it again, which is why we couldn't make use of it during our stay (we only stayed for two days). That was a bit unfortunate as the entire swimmingpool area is incredibly beautiful and with the summer heat it would have been nice to do a swim after the hikes. But all the rest was absolutely wonderful. We actually stayed there on the day of my birthday and the hotel organized a wonderful birthday cake for me and even decorated the room. It was amazing and I would like to thank the staff again for their kindness. Our arrangement included the afternoon tea and the breakfast, both of them delicious and generous. Breakfast included the typical Chinese soups, rice, etc. while also offering Western style bread, marmelade, butter and lots of fruits. What merits a special mention is the outdoor bath tub directly on the balcony. Every evening they prepared the bath tub with special bathing oils and taking a bath right before going to sleep on our outdoor terrace was a sheer delight! We will remember it as a very special place, with incredibly nice and kind people. Thank you for having made this stay so special for us!

1. The service staff were very enthusiastic and proactively escorted us to our room door, which was a very thoughtful touch. 2. The hygiene was excellent; the bathtub even came with disposable liners and red wine bath salts. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was exactly what I wanted. 3. The hotel room was equipped with a Tmall Genie, which had sensitive voice recognition and good Bluetooth audio quality. 4. It's only 100 meters in a straight line from the subway, making travel very convenient. The large windows offer a clear view of Huaguoyuan's night scenery, including the White House and Dolphin Plaza. 5. My clothes happened to get dirty, and there was laundry detergent provided in the room, which was very timely for a quick wash. Oh, and another thing I wanted to mention is that their disposable slippers were soft-soled and comfortable. For a hotel in this price range, the quality of the slippers was surprisingly good! I'll definitely book here again next time.

The front desk proactively upgraded my room, and honestly, compared to a similar hotel I stayed at nearby before, this one is significantly better in every aspect. The hotel facilities are all five-star standard, offering excellent value for money. The service attitude is very thoughtful. In Guizhou, where the hotel industry isn't typically as competitive, this place really stands out. It was also strongly recommended by locals. If I go back to Guiyang, I would choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Plus point: Hotel is about 800m from assembly point for one day local tour packages. Limitations: The hotel driveway can be messy with many tour coaches picking up tourists. The breakfast hall was chaotic during peak hour notably 6.30-7.00am when guests had difficulties finding seats and food. The room is good and clean. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Manager Chen at the front desk was really good. He took the initiative to provide us with travel guides around the area, and gave us a lot of practical travel tips. He also introduced us to delicious and fun places in detail. Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene is still good. The view in the room is really amazing, and the facilities are complete. In particular, the bed is very soft and comfortable, and the sleep quality is excellent. It feels like you are sinking into it. It's just that there are a lot of people on holidays, and you have to queue for breakfast.

Really satisfied to evaluate. The hardware is three separate, the facilities are new, and the whole house is smart and small. The room opened facing the primary school, quiet at night, and feeling energetic during the day, the sun blossoms very well. This primary school is beautiful! To say that the fly in the ointment is that the opposite guest is loud (it is estimated that they are standing in the corridor talking) and entering and leaving, which is also related to personal quality. This is already a small problem that can be ignored. In short, I am satisfied with the hotel, and the strategy before going out is not done in vain. Like the hotel! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and responsible; whenever we had a request, they were diligent and went above and beyond to assist us. The Guest Relations Manager was also exceptionally kind and patient. The hotel's decor is very elegant, and I particularly loved the unique and pleasant fragrance in the lobby. During check-in, I was also delighted to see the lobby adorned with numerous beautiful and meticulously cared-for floral displays. On the 5th floor, there's a charming pet-friendly restaurant, and it was simply adorable to watch the little animals frolicking around. The restaurant itself was spacious, offering a pleasant ambiance and plenty of seating.
