One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Huge hotel in old town style with super modern rooms. If you want to explore Tongren and the ”old town” just stay at this hotel and you will be happy. The rooms in this hotel are incredibly spacious and well-arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which gave us great peace of mind. The surroundings are also quiet and beautiful; taking a walk along the nearby paths in the morning, enjoying the fresh air, was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great, providing plenty of energy for the day. It was a very satisfying stay! The hot springs were excellent, absolutely wonderful.

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel! The lady hostess 小石 and all the staff were enthusiastic and really bend over backwards in making our stay a memorable one. Shaoxing Dong village is intimate and unique, I love wandering through the narrow streets. The latte there is to die for, the best we have had in our 2 weeks in Guizhou. The hotel even arranged a private musical performance for the guests which was an incredible and pleasant experience.

The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust in the corners, and absolutely no strange odors, which made our stay incredibly reassuring. The bedding was so soft and plush, like being wrapped in a cloud, and I instantly relaxed the moment I lay down. My sleep quality was excellent! The biggest surprise was the huge bathtub; a warm soak melted away all the day's fatigue. The projector even came with VIP membership, so I could lie in bed and binge-watch trending shows and movies – it was awesome, a truly fantastic experience! On a side note, I have to rave about Guiyang's food: sour soup fish, Siwawa, and Changwang noodles were all delicious, every bite a feast for the taste buds. Combined with such a comfortable hotel, my travel happiness factor just exploded. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and taxis are also easy to find. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and being on a high floor offered a great view. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional; both the front desk and concierge were excellent. The roselle juice and black tea in the lobby are local specialties of Guizhou. Highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, near the metro and not far from the center of Guiyang. Breakfast is not bad, hotel staffs are friendly and ready to help but they cannot speak english (you can use translator for communicate)

The front desk service was very considerate. When we checked in, they prepared a small welcome gift for us. Seeing that we brought our children with us, they also gave us a cartoon room card as a souvenir. The children were very happy and asked to come back next time. The room design was also very reasonable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were very suitable for the needs, and the hygiene was also very clean. To say that the fly in the ointment is that the opposite guest is loud (it is estimated that they are standing in the corridor talking) and entering and leaving, which is also related to personal quality. The hotel boasts a great location, a gym, a pool, and even a pet-friendly restaurant, offering complete amenities. The front desk attendant who checked me in was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She handled the check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, proactively explaining the facilities and local attractions. Her thorough and attentive service made me feel very much at home. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, the excellent service truly makes up for it. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
