The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, very clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent, always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and bright, with an elegant environment, offering a garden-style accommodation experience. Highly recommended.

I arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

This hotel is located right in the heart of Guiyang, and the location is fantastic. Getting around is super easy with bus and metro stops right downstairs. The staff were all really friendly, and the room was quite clean with a great view. The facilities are comprehensive, and I especially appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. They even have a smart robot that delivers items! Breakfast is also very accommodating, served until 1 PM. Definitely worth choosing again!

Front desk staff Lu upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was very kind. The garden restaurant is beautiful and all the staff are very polite. My baby wasn't feeling well, and the restaurant even made some plain congee for him, which we really appreciate. Oh, and when we were leaving, the concierge, I think his name was Wen, helped us with our luggage to the car. Overall, everything was excellent! 👍🏻

I had a wonderful stay here. Upon arrival, the front desk took us to view the rooms first and offered us a discounted upgrade. It was a fantastic deal, much cheaper than booking online, so we upgraded to a view room. The view of the 白宫, 海豚广场, and the 双子塔 was stunning! The location is perfect, surrounded by food options and right next to a mall open until 12 AM, all within walking distance to the 白宫 and 海豚广场. The only minor inconvenience is that the Huaguoyuan area has a lot of stairs, so going up and down constantly can be a bit tiring😂 The service was exceptional. One late night, the sweet female receptionist who checked me in insisted that I go sleep while she took care of my laundry. The next morning, I found she had dried and even hung my clothes up neatly! Please note that the hotel is inside a shared building. There is no hotel signage or name displayed outside the building, at least I did not see any, so you have to go inside to find it or call them if lost. Once on the correct floor, the front desk is located a bit further inside.

The hotel is a standard five-star hotel. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was good and the check-in experience was very good. The hotel is very convenient to the city's attractions, including the ancient city, Fengchi Garden, and Foding Temple, which are only a few minutes' walk away. The wetland park can be reached by bus. The air is very comfortable when strolling by the river in the morning. There are also many restaurants around, especially the Liupanshui specialty food Laoguo Street, which is only a few minutes away. Hygiene: Very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions like Jiaxiu Tower. The rooms offer great city views. The service was also very thoughtful; we even received a warm call before check-in. Parking was convenient with dedicated spots on the ground floor for those driving. Room service was good, and breakfast was plentiful. The chef even personally introduced us to the specialty dishes. During check-out, we met the lovely Janice again, who not only gave us a unique souvenir but also thoughtfully helped us waive the parking fee. The young man in the lobby on the ground floor proactively helped with our luggage and enthusiastically recommended fun places to visit in Guiyang. It was a perfect, 'home away from home' experience.

The hot water came on quickly and the temperature was just right. I noticed the washing machine and dryer looked new and clean, so I washed and dried two items of clothing. It's my first time using the laundry facilities at a hotel.

The attention to detail is evident, and it offers outstanding value for money. It's suitable for both short business trips and leisure stays. The service is thoughtful and attentive, with no hidden costs. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone in need.

The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively helped us plan a two-day itinerary and recommended affordable yet delicious local restaurants. Our lake-view room overlooked the lake, and after the rain, the green mountains and clear waters made the air feel exceptionally fresh. The only minor downside was that the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, causing water to pool during showers.
