Great location and near the train station Jingzhou. I would like to thank the staff Miss Sunny Ye for helping to speed up my check out as my deposit was in cash, and I was rushing for a train. The room service is excellent as well. Shopping mall across the road, plenty of food options and some activities for families. Room ventilation is fantastic.

Nice location within 5 to 7 mins walk to Wanda Plaza and Three Gorges Visitor Center. Great hospitality from check in to check out. They make you feel that they really appreciate your choosing to stay at the hotel. Spacious room.

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

This has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Wuhan. **Cleanliness:** The cleaning is meticulous. **Service:** They're always responsive to requests and provide thoughtful follow-up. **Location:** It's close to Huayuan Road, making transportation very convenient. **Facilities:** It would be even better if they could upgrade some facilities (like the showerhead and smart TV). It's worth mentioning that the bed is incredibly comfortable! I always get excellent sleep whenever I come to Wuhan. (Pictured: Dehualou Egg Wine) This is my first time trying it after so many trips to Wuhan, haha, and it's delicious.

I was passing through on a business trip and decided to stay here last minute. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and it's also very close to the East Station. Plus, they allowed a late check-out until 3 PM. The service was very thoughtful!

It was really an amazing experience the food the front desk staff was really good it was an amazing experience for me and my family my child enjoy the play area for kids. He also loved the robot that brings you your delivery to the door of your room. The food at the morning breakfast was really amazing so many varieties the stuff also give you some options to satisfy your needs. It was really an amazing experience. Pros: Housekeeper Xizi was very attentive, and the staff on the 27th floor were very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Cons: 1. I booked two Executive Grand View King Rooms and informed the housekeeper beforehand to try and arrange them together. The housekeeper was very efficient and arranged it quickly, but they weren't on the Executive Floor. The two adjacent rooms were positioned one directly opposite the hallway and the other directly opposite the stairs, leading to frequent and loud slamming door noises from outside. (Where does 'Executive' come into play? Is it just the lounge access? Selling the room should be the priority, right?) See Picture 1. 2. Regarding the welcome fruit, see Picture 2. This is the most meager welcome I've ever seen. Are fruits that expensive this season? 3. Do products of this quality live up to the word 'luxury'? See Pictures 3, 4, and 5. 4. If the mini-bar isn't displayed openly, isn't this a bit of a trick? (Even though I didn't drink anything). See Pictures 6, 7, and 8. 5. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby, I barely saw any greetings or smiles. How come I didn't experience the warmth mentioned in so many reviews? 6. There were frequent thumping noises outside the window. I initially thought it was the wind, but there wasn't any wind at all. I don't know what caused it. Question: With this quality, this service, and this environment, how did it get such high ratings? Is this really the top luxury in Wuhan?

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

This hotel stay far exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right opposite Terminal 2, and there's a free shuttle bus to Terminal 3 for connecting flights. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. From the warm welcome by Ms. Winnie at the front desk to the prompt room service, everything was excellent. The soundproofing in the room was exceptional, keeping out all outside noise. The WiFi was fast and stable, perfect for both work and streaming. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the check-out process was efficient, professional, and thoughtful.
