After my flight landed, the hotel I originally booked was really subpar, so late at night, I urgently booked the Conrad, which was the most convenient to reach on foot, and it lived up to expectations. It was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was comfortable. Although it's on a high floor in a sealed environment, the air quality was still fresh. For breakfast, some of the service staff were perfunctory and impatient, which was a big drawback! Also, having to switch elevators multiple times is not friendly for older people. Overall, it's still very good and worth recommending.

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

I came to Shenyang with my elders and chose the Northeast Asia Hotel. The hotel hallways are smooth, making it easy to get in and out, and the room has good natural light. At night, the view outside the window was soft, and my elder stood by the window for a long time, admiring it. The room was very clean, with no dust. The front desk service was very patient and explained everything slowly whenever we had questions. The transportation nearby is convenient, making it easy to get around. The sound insulation in the room at night was good, so we weren't disturbed. Our family felt safe and comfortable staying here, and all the facilities worked well. It's very suitable for traveling with elderly people and is highly recommended.

Just across the street from Venice Water Park. The check-in service was great, but the restaurant staff's attitude was just so-so. The coffee machine was also out of order. Usually, hotels place disposable coffee cups next to the machine, but there weren't any here. When I asked for one, they said they didn't have any, and only reluctantly gave me one after I insisted. Hope they can improve on this.

Location: Right next to Friendship Square and very close to Zhongshan Square. You can see Zhongshan Square from the room window. It's within walking distance to malls like Dalian Department Store and Pavilions, and there's a subway station nearby, making it convenient for both taxis and public transport. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient, and the walk itself feels like a mini city walk. Environment: The hotel environment is clean. Since it has been open for many years, the overall equipment in the rooms is a bit old, but it's relatively well-maintained. Other than some leakage from the hot water tap in the bathtub, there were no other issues. Hygiene: Housekeeping was prompt every day and cleaned very thoroughly. Service: The greeters, front desk staff, and other service personnel were all polite and had excellent service attitudes. They responded promptly to requests, which was very satisfying. Facilities: This visit, the hotel added robot service, which was a great experience as I didn't have to go downstairs to pick up takeout during off-peak hours. Of course, during busy periods, you still need to collect your food from the front desk. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose InterContinental Dalian Cosco Shipping again on my next visit to Dalian.

I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, and Vince, the manager at the front desk, went above and beyond by actively communicating with Ctrip (travel agency) to prevent me from losing a day's worth of fees. My sincere thanks to him! I stayed for two days, and it truly felt like a five-star experience in terms of facilities and service. From the bathroom fixtures to the room decor, everything was made with high-quality materials from its time. This old hotel has its own unique charm, and it's rare to see such consistent and diligent maintenance – something they've definitely achieved here. The breakfast offered a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the restaurant was bright and spacious. I even took some pictures to remember it by. The hotel is close to Taiyuan Street, so there's an endless variety of local specialty foods to try. However, Taiyuan Street itself has lost a lot of its former glory compared to how it used to be.

Value for Money:★★★☆☆ * The spectacular location justifies part of the cost, but improvements in cleanliness, balcony comfort, breakfast variety, complimentary beach activities, and dining value would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Would I Recommend It?✔️ Yes The breathtaking beachfront location and incredible views make this hotel worth considering. With a few improvements in comfort, cleanliness, breakfast options, complimentary recreational activities, and pricing, it would provide an even better guest experience.

Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low.

My stay at The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Dalian, was absolutely perfect! The hotel is located right on Xinghai Bay, and its castle-like architecture is grand and magnificent. The room was spacious and bright, with unbeatable sea views – I could see the blue sea and sky right from my window every morning. The service was impeccable, from the concierge to the room staff, truly reflecting Marriott's high-end brand standards. It's also conveniently located next to Xinghai Square, making getting around very easy. During check-out, Dansey asked about my stay and resolved any issues very well. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality!

The most memorable part of our stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was Eric, our Les Clefs d'Or Concierge Manager. He reached out before arrival to understand our needs and always stayed one step ahead, handling our questions and last-minute requests with calm professionalism and genuine care. If service is an art, Eric is a true artist — he writes the most touching verses during a guest's stay, and as an architect of beautiful memories, he turns ordinary service into an art form, making every encounter unforgettable. The central location, high-floor lake view, and quiet comfortable rooms were all wonderful, but it was this feeling of being truly cared for that made the trip special. We will definitely return and ask for Eric again. Highly recommended.
