The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Yinchuan, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. **Service:** The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the team was very helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. **Rooms:** My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well. **Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes, including local dishes as well as international favorites. **Overall Experience:** My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Glorious Center was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yinchuan. Very good hotel, with pick-up and drop-off service, quite punctual 👍 The hotel is large, has many rooms, and is actually full. Business is very good. This is inseparable from the hotel's location, service and price! The location is perfect: the hotel is located in the city center, 600 to 700 meters away from Wanda Plaza. There is a fruit supermarket next to it. The ”Yisheng Shou” where you can eat hand-made sheep is only 100 meters away... In short, it is very convenient to eat and order takeout. Attentive service: Call the front desk and the problem can be solved immediately. The room cleaning staff cleaned up the leftovers from our morning meal as soon as they arrived at work at 8:30 in the morning.

I chose this hotel because of the free airport pickup and drop-off service, which was a decisive factor for me. The butler contacted us in advance and arranged the pickup, even sending us a small guide and restaurant recommendations, which were all very clear. The hotel environment is also excellent, the driver was very friendly, and the room was super comfortable. I do have a small suggestion though: there seemed to be too few trash cans. It would be much more convenient if the small tabletop bins were replaced with larger ones. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there was also complimentary late-night congee available, so if you don't feel like going out in the evening, you can easily have a satisfying meal here. The surroundings of the hotel are also lovely; on a clear night, you can even enjoy moon gazing. Overall, I give my stay a full 5 stars.

My stay at the Yinchuan Marriott this time was very comfortable, and I must particularly commend the front desk staff, Geng Wei. She was warm and attentive throughout the check-in process, patient and meticulous, providing an excellent communication experience. The bellhop service was thoughtful and proactive, handling luggage promptly and securely. The entire service team was highly professional. The room layout was well-proportioned and comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean. Although some facilities weren't the newest, they were well-maintained and functioned smoothly. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very good rest experience. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, combining Chinese and Western options, including local specialties, hot dishes, pastries, drinks, and fruits – all delicious. The hotel's location is convenient for travel and sightseeing, and the public areas are elegant and well-maintained. Overall, the attention to service details was exceptional, and the team was very dedicated. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yinchuan. Highly recommended!

Our first night was in a capsule room, which was quite spacious and comfortable for adults, and the kids really enjoyed it. For the second and third nights, we moved to a different room. Half of the curtains didn't block out light, the toilet constantly ran 24/7, and the shower would suddenly turn completely cold every three minutes or so. It was really terrible; it might just be a hardware issue with that particular room.

This hotel is in the Gulou area, which is bustling and has a large supermarket nearby. The hotel facilities are new, and the soundproofing is excellent; even though my room faced the street, it wasn't noisy once the window was closed. The staff, especially Xiao Li with glasses, was very welcoming and helpful. The 'Forest Oxygen Bar' room was great to stay in. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

I booked this for my family, and they were extremely satisfied. When I made the reservation, only twin rooms were available, so I booked two. I contacted the hotel beforehand and asked if it would be possible to get one king room and one twin room if a king was available, or if not, to put a safety rail on one of the twin beds since there was a child with us. To our surprise, when the hotel staff assigned the rooms, they not only gave us a king room but also upgraded us to a suite and arranged for connecting rooms – so thoughtful! My family was very happy with their overall experience, including the dining. Highly recommend!

First, the positives: it’s incredibly photogenic and has a very exotic vibe, which alone is a huge plus. However, it was raining when I visited, so many activities were canceled. I had planned to stargaze in the desert, but couldn't, and also missed out on sandboarding. If it had been sunny, I think it would have overshadowed all my dissatisfactions. I imagine it would be a truly wonderful experience on a clear day. Now for the negatives: the service attitude was quite perplexing. Sometimes it seemed pretty good, but at other times it felt very cold. Because of the rain, we opted for horseback riding, and I found the instructor's attitude very perfunctory. Also, the hairdryer provided by the hotel felt completely mismatched with the overall price point; other hotels in the 1000-ish range often have Dyson hair dryers. The shower head was clogged and spraying water everywhere, so I had no choice but to use the handheld shower. When we arrived, the temperature suddenly dropped to 14 degrees Celsius, and even with the heating on full blast, it was still freezing cold in the morning.

The experience at E-Yanchi Yinhai Hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of Yuehai Lake. The fitness facilities were well-equipped. Owen provided excellent service, and the hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended.
