The most concerning issue, however, relates to the parking situation. The hotel advertises that it offers its own parking facilities, yet in reality, this is not the case. Guests are required to use a public parking facility nearby, which is misleading and highly inconvenient. This information should be corrected immediately, as it creates false expectations for visitors arriving by car. Additionally, the area in front of the hotel is consistently overcrowded with parked vehicles, often blocking arriving guests from accessing the entrance or unloading luggage during check-in. This further contributed to a frustrating arrival experience. In conclusion, while the central location is undeniably practical, the limited amenities, outdated rooms, misleading information about parking, and poorly managed entrance area significantly detract from the overall quality of the stay. I would strongly recommend the management address these issues to ensure a more accurate representation of the hotel and a better experience for future guests.
