CCYNTHIA TAN YUCHIHAfter arriving at the airport, getting to the hotel required a taxi, as public transport wasn't convenient. However, the taxi fare wasn't cheap either. I'd recommend heading into the city early unless absolutely necessary to stay here.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk.
It was a bit inconvenient that you had to go to the front desk to get a kettle for hot water.
The room was on the smaller side.
But it did have a microwave, which was great for heating up food!

AAnonymous UserLocation is good, close to the bus station, but a 30-minute walk to Nyhavn and other touristic attractions.
Standard Plus Room was very small and compact, but it had everything we needed. Window was tiny and the room got very hot due to the poor ventilation and lack of AC. The bathroom could be cleaner.
Luggage storage before and after the check in/out was very expensive and few instructions were provided by the hotel staff.
In general, not a good value for money. Next time I'm in Copenhagen, I'd rather invest a little more money to get more value for my accommodation.

GGuest UserMy overall stay was quite pleasant.
The room, though not large, was well-designed, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided. The bathroom was a bit compact, but perfectly functional for daily use. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out, which was simple and convenient.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to both the Ørestad Metro and train stations, all within walking distance. There's also the large Fields shopping center nearby. It's super convenient for getting to Copenhagen city center by metro or Copenhagen Airport by train, making it ideal for tourists.
Breakfast was also more extensive than I expected, with croissants, bread, ham, salami, cheese, eggs, and vegetables like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. There was a good variety, and it was a very decent hotel breakfast.
The only thing I think could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms; it's a bit weak. Sometimes I could hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, with its convenient transportation, clean rooms, good breakfast, and decent value for money, it was a very satisfactory stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

AAnonymous UserGreat hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy.
What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time.
The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

GGuest UserI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.

JJS2712Great location, within a 5-minute walk to the central station. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The suite is on the top floor (5th floor), which is a nice touch.
The room layout was a little unusual, with a narrow walkway and sloped ceilings due to the roof design. The shower area, including the alcove tub, felt somewhat awkward and may be less convenient for taller guests. There was also an RGB light above the shower, which was an interesting design choice (who uses red lighting for showering?)
The building has some old-world charm, though the room's floor creaked noticeably when walking around. The small balcony was pleasant, but the view was fairly average.
Overall, a good stay for the location, though some aspects of the room design could be improved.

CcccdfThe room was smaller than I expected. My two suitcases (one 26-inch and one 28-inch) barely fit and had to be squeezed together by the wall to open. The hotel's design is very minimalist and Nordic, but some of it prioritizes aesthetics over practicality (like the sink). However, there's a pegboard wall next to the bed, which adds some much-needed storage space. The bed is large, but I found the mattress a bit too soft and saggy.
The location is great, very close to the station, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

The location is excellent—it’s close to the train station, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance. The room wasn’t very big, and the lighting wasn’t bright enough, so it felt a bit dark at night. I really liked the idea of offering free snacks and bread at the reception that were left over from the breakfast buffet. It’s a thoughtful way to reduce food waste.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located not far from the old town, and you can reach the central train station within a 30-minute walk. The room decor is a traditional old European style, and the size is just right. Being on a high floor, the view is naturally good. The service was excellent; they even granted my request for a late check-out. In terms of amenities, following European tradition, there were no toothbrushes or slippers, but a hot water kettle was provided.
