No kettle or tea in room ( you've to pay ! The carpet on the floor was a bit dirty, but the room's cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. It wasn't noisy at all. There was a slight smell in the room, but it cleared up once I aired it out. The younger front desk staff were all very good and polite. However, the older female staff member was a bit pushy and unaccommodating. They were very strict about the 2 PM check-in time with no flexibility. For breakfast, there were many types of bread, but very few hot dishes.

Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters. The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too. Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

The waiter service is slow and does not take the initiative to clean the room. Others are fine.

Very nice hotel, located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 5 minutes on foot from the Bab Ezzouar shopping center.

Great welcome with free upgrade offered by them. The welcome cocktail at the bar is always appreciated but half of the drinks on the menu were not available. The gym and pool are at a great level. The structure is very spacious. Very good rooms even if you can see that they are already a few years old. Very good 24h room service, the food ordered was excellent. The only flaw, the bar does not have a smoking section but this is common in Algeria. Summing up however the room does not offer anything special for the (official) price paid, so it is too expensive for the type of structure and service offered.

The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. A big thank you to all the staff at the reception, in the restaurant, and to most of the housekeeping team for their kindness and professionalism. The only minor negative: one housekeeping staff member was a bit unfriendly, barely returning greetings. (a sturdy woman) Fortunately, this was an isolated incident that didn't detract from our overall excellent impression. We will gladly return.

The room environment and security are very good. You will be required to go through security checks when entering the hotel gate, and vehicles will also undergo explosion-proof checks when entering the security area. However, most of the hotel buffets are bread (although this is the case in many hotels). The hotel does not allow outside food to be brought in.
