Very fancy hotel. This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral. The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful! The good: - Spacious room. - Dogs welcome. -Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules). -Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices. -Underground parking at 20€/night. The bad: -35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them. -I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude! By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!

Great location, quiet room, and very convenient parking! I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!). The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again!

Very welcoming staff, bedroom was clean and sofa bed was prepared for my son to sleep in. Good location with easy access by car and parking was available.

There is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bath, the staff (especially Sergio) were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of a double, but they kindly remade it into a double for us immediately. The view out the window was also beautiful and the location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Will be recommending to friends.  The only negative was the breakfast, quite expensive for what you get. For ordering you can basically only get eggs. Great if you love eggs but not so much if you don’t 😂 but still lovely.

Located right next to the bus terminal and was very convenient. I arrived a little early, so I went to the front desk, but I couldn't check in until 14:00 on time. (This is no choice but ...)　 I checked in at 14:00 and headed to the room, but the corridor on the way was still cleaning, and about 3 people were cleaning while chatting loudly, so it was hard to carry my luggage. The room was clean, but for some reason the electric switch was sticky. If you wipe this kind of place well when cleaning, it will feel completely different. The water in the toilet continued to flow forever. There is no problem with staying, but I wondered what to think from an eco-friendly point of view ... Room 2001. i think it's better to fix it. The shower was very comfortable with good temperature and water pressure.

After explicitly asking for a wedding bed, they delivered a room with twin beds. The breakfast was OK, 2.6 it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good or excellent either (something you expect from a 4* hotel) although it had variety. Despite not having eaten at the hotel restaurant, the experience was not the best. After my wife and I sat down at the table (affordably priced and expected to be a hotel restaurant) the waitress took 3 dishes to the other tables. as the 3 dishes returned to the kitchen. After seeing the constant mistakes made by the kitchen, I didn't have the courage or confidence to order anything from the menu. As for the Spa: a very high price for a 1H:15M tour. Better to include it in the hotel night package. Apart from the price, the conditions and condition of the space were fine, only the Turkish bath must have had some kind of fault, because the temperature was quite lower than it should have been (around 47ºC). Would you come back? Yes, I think it wasn't the best time due to the receptions and graduation events that were at the hotel, imagine that the workers were trying their best to try to please everyone who was staying or spending time with their family. Furthermore, it is in a quiet place and just a few minutes from Salamanca. Next to the Hotel there is a park close to the Tormes River, which unfortunately due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy.

The best thing was the pool; I really liked it. They should improve the air conditioning in the rooms; it doesn't cool them properly.

Quite old hotel repair, classic Marriott. The shoes are not issued for some reason. Good cosmetics, there is a free parking for the car, to the center on foot 25 minutes. Good breakfast, diverse.

I liked the hotel, it's a 10-minute walk to the center, there are paid underground parkings and free parking spaces nearby if you travel by car. It was cold outside at night, 1-2 degrees, but it was warm in the room thanks to radiators. There was even a heated floor in the bathroom. Basic breakfast)
