All perfect except parking. The squares in the top area were few and were busy and sent me to the lower area that is absolutely isolated, without any surveillance, nor even a sad camera, and the next morning I found my car full of vomiting. It is a area where the car is easily vandalized because it is isolated and without surveillance.
We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.
The hotel is very friendly and friendly, and the breakfast details for those who do not have a buffet is great, can have a coffee and a toast and pay for it.
We used the gym and I left something to wish ... was cold and some of the machines were out of service.
The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities, convenient transportation, will choose here next time, highly recommended! I like this hotel very much

I made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service.
The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁
All fine but you have to pay €15 to access the swimming pool and under 16s not allowed. A little disappointed as I booked the hotel for my child to swim.
The hotel is very nice, very spacious, has a gym, and outdoor and underground parking for €8, as well as very thoughtful decor.
The rooms are clean, with air conditioning, a shower, a hairdryer, hair conditioner, body lotion, and a minibar.
The staff we interacted with was very friendly, which is always important.
And finally, the breakfast buffet was the icing on the cake. It's buffet-style and has everything: fruit, cold cuts, pastries, breads, coffee, juices, cereals... It's very rich and varied.
I would definitely return.

DDaluosuIt's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older.
MMiguel AlejandroLocate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.
AAfanxiaThis hotel offers excellent value for money. Firstly, its location is superb, right next to the long-distance bus station and less than a kilometer from the train station. The elevator to the old town at the top of the hill is just a few hundred meters away. The hotel's facilities are also excellent, with spacious and fully equipped rooms. I especially recommend the Taco Star near the entrance – it's fantastic! Go in the afternoon, even though there's a long queue in the evening.

GGuest UserGenerally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good
GGuest UserEverything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super attentive and very well located. The restaurant downstairs is amazing.
