The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

Nice Apart hotel located right by the amphitheater of Nimes. Really good location as close to all the main sites. About a 10mins walk from the station. The room had everything from TV, microwave oven, hob etc. Perfect for eating in and good location for dining out with lots of options. There was some ongoing roadworks outside the hotel - however this wasn’t an issue as was able to move about - and there was very minimal noise from the roadworks. All in all - nice hotel.

The Location is great,after exploring the city it good to have a calm place to rest. the room is spacious, but the table besides the bed is very dusty and the water in the lavabo has stinky smell.The receptionist is not so nice.

The hotel is very good, recently, with high quality services and staff. I recommend it with all the necessary reservations.

Para la Calidad/precio está fenomenal. Cuenta con aparcamiento para clientes y tiene una buena ubicación. Buena atención. Te dejan un botecito de gel/champú+ jabón de manos. Que siempre es un detalle.

Facilities: New and youthful in style, it has its own restaurant, multi-functional hall, gym and entertainment facilities, suitable for business and family travel. Hygiene: Good sanitary conditions, clean and tidy. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. A very good accommodation experience, much more spacious than a hotel in the center of Paris.

Le petit HIC: au moment du départ, on m’annonce: 1) le paiement des boissons offertes à l’arrivée 🧐 Après explication, je n’ai rien payé 2) le paiement de deux petits déjeuné (44€) que j’aurais pris??????? Alors que j’étais chez des amis pour prendre le petit déjeuner chez eux. Ça veut dire que n’importe qui peut utiliser les services de la restauration sur le compte d’autrui Je veux signaler que j’ai terminé mon agréable séjour sur une fausse note 🫤

The location is quite good, just 5-10 minutes to the Colosseum and the old town of Nimes, and very close to the train station. The hotel is designed in classic European style, the facilities are a little old, the space is large and there is a self-service kitchen. Outside the window is the city square of the old town of Nimes, which is very beautiful, and there are many Asian plants: bamboo, Nandina domestica. Parking overnight can be paid through the hotel, which is 5 euros cheaper, which is not bad.

The bed in the standard room is wide enough for a family of three. It is very convenient to go to Capitol Square. There is free mineral water in the room. Overall, it is not bad. The disadvantage is that it is a bit old and the corridor smells a bit musty.
