Guest UserOverall, I had a good stay at Kyriad Banda Aceh. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff provided nice and friendly service throughout my stay, making the experience pleasant and welcoming. The location was also convenient for getting around Banda Aceh. A good option for anyone looking for a clean hotel with good service.

Guest UserThe building has a strong Arabian style and is in a good location. It is 20 minutes drive from the airport. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is close to the attractions of Aceh. There is a buffet dinner in the evening, but it can also be a single point.

The hotel was run-down. Initially, I was misled by its five-star rating, but after checking in, I found the decor to be similar to a three-star hotel from 20 years ago; the bathrooms and rooms were very old.
However, the breakfast was quite good, which somewhat made up for it.
