So cool, clean, and there's a 24-hour receptionist. We checked in at 2 AM, and the service was good. It's clean, the Wi-Fi is fast, and there's a rooftop pool. Overall, it's really great!

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The service is incredibly friendly, helpful, fast, and responsive in providing solutions. I stay here once a week for business trips and always receive excellent service, from the room facilities to the breakfast menu. The room has an old Javanese feel, the bed and furniture are ok but the sink is clogged, the cleanliness of the towels is also ok. There were so many large lizards in the room that at several points there were lizard droppings on the table. Overall the atmosphere of the resort is good because it is spacious and beautiful. But I'm not a fan of the room design. Maybe the bathroom and rooms could be renovated so that they are more sustainable and not costly for maintenance, etc.

Nice staycation at one of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. It's a cool new hotel, clean, and has a strategic location. Right next to the hotel, there are plenty of food options, like Tegal goat satay and authentic Semarang Hapkie noodles, plus a Superindo supermarket across the street. I often stay at this hotel chain for business trips. The breakfast menu has a good variety, including dim sum. The only downside is that the rooms don't have wardrobes, drawers, or anything like that, so there's no space to store belongings. One more important thing: please offer more attractive big discounts so I'll always book through vendors like Trip.com.

the location is prefect for traveller. opposite Paragon Semarang. which can be access via 5 minutes walk. Close to main attraction of Kota Lama Semarang and Chinatown. The room is big and comfort. The only feedback is mosquitos at Cafe. Please do something.

Even though it was advertised as a mountain view room, it was really just high up and didn't offer any mountain views. The city itself is quite small. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and breakfast was decent. You also have the choice of eating at the cafe just outside the hotel.

On the recommendation of close friends, we chose to try Padma Hotel Semarang for our stay in Semarang, and we absolutely did not regret it. We truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym was beautiful, and the coffee and pastries at Goolali were also of excellent quality. Combined with the beautiful entrance and the warm atmosphere of the hotel, it created a very pleasant overall experience. What stood out the most to us, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. We would especially like to thank Mr. Syahrul for his professionalism and friendly service during breakfast. One small point for improvement would be the speed of the Wi-Fi, especially when using YouTube on the television. We certainly hope to return next year, hopefully for a longer stay.

The hotel design was aesthetic and can see javanese culture.. Love it. My kids also love the hotel and the staff is really friendly. The service also excellent. Oh ya, the breakfast buffet is great and kids meal friendly . Will stay here again in the future 🥰🥰

A wonderful place... beautiful views and a comfortable atmosphere. The room was spacious and cozy. The bathroom was spotless and comfortable. The dining area was pleasant with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options... the staff were very customer-friendly. Everything was excellent at Briling Hotel.
