I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

Hotel is located at a strategic area and within walking distance to many restaurants opposite it. Kedai Soto Ibu Rahayu, Butterfield, Yujo, Tanmu Coffee, Padre Italian are the few restaurants nearby Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Their staff are ever ready to assist and greeted me every time I see them on my way out or return to the hotel. That's hospitality and welcome of first class! Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong, bed comfortable and there's really no fault with the accommodation. Breakfast was reasonably good with mixture of local and Western food. A good stay and I shall return when I visit Bogor. Cheers to the staff as they make you feel welcome.

Characterful hotel walking distance from attractions like Jalan Braga and the Asia Afrika conference museum. While the decor is a little old, service was great and my loft room had enormous double height windows letting in plenty of natural light.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

Awesome hotel, you can feel like you enter a majestic 5 star hotel. A the service provide are really awesome.

Good location. The hotel located in big Mall, so it’s very convenient for looking some place to eat or buying some stuffs. However, the hotel building is old, and the drainage system in the toilet really smells. Even the room amenities are only average compared to the room price.

Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike 😅. For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food. Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped 🙏🏻. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge. Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull. Would I come back? No, once was enough 🙏🏻👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Pesona Alam Resort & Spa. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for relaxing with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the facilities like the pool and spa were excellent. The location is great too, close to Taman Safari. Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to come back again.
