NNick CordeiroThe location is about 40mins from the airport. Service was prompt and friendly. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was way better than expected with a wide spread and excellent local cuisine. Food quality was much better than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve tried.

Stayed at Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a good place to rest after exploring the city. Rooms are spacious enough and suitable for families.
The location is a plus — close to Bukit Tinggi attractions, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is lively, yet the hotel itself feels calm and restful.
Breakfast was decent with local options, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests or directions.
Overall, a good value-for-money hotel in Bukit Tinggi, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Would consider staying here again.

OOpenEyesOnTheWorldLocation good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy.
Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

RRannieSI was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

GGuest UserThe hotel room was spacious and the service was excellent. My child left a piece of clothing in the room and they helped us pack it in a bag and brought it to the lobby. It would be even better if there were two sockets installed at the head of the bed for charging mobile phones!

IimmelukDespite only staying for a day, I was very satisfied. The room was clean and the food was delicious. My only minor suggestion would be for the restaurant to offer butter for the bread instead of margarine. Also, the room's fragrance was a bit too strong, almost overwhelming! (haha). Other than these points, everything was great.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.
